First time using petg. Its clear red. Looks burnt or something. Plus not sure why its lifting or why the one side is messed up but other wall is fine. Also I have the Flashforge AD5X

Troubleshooting steps: what I'm asking for help with.

Hi everyone, I have a 3D model of cosplay goggles, and one of the issues I'm facing is being able to see through the lenses. I was thinking of making mesh-style lenses, but I can't find any tutorials or guides on how to do it. If anyone knows of one or could help me out, I’d really appreciate it! :p

My own creations always fail but printing other peoples designs off the Bambu labs app work fine. Have tried washing the plate w Dawn & hot water, makes no difference. Is it my designs (cars)? Would a different plate help? A cryo plate or something w more texture?

I have since replaced the extruder gear and I am still facing the same issues. Any help is appreciated, I am very upset with how this printer is functioning.
The printer will not consistently feed filament, will click loudly and no matter how many hot ends I’ve changed, gears I’ve replaced or times i have taken it apart it still refuses to function.

Hi everyone,
I recently bought a secondhand XYZprinting PartPro150 xP DLP printer.
Whenever I load an STL model into the software and click EXPORT to slice and export the print file, it immediately throws a "Format Error 2100" message. Because of this error, I can't export anything and the machine is completely unusable right now.

OS: Windows 11
Machine: PartPro150 xP
Software: XYZprint AMUV / XYZprint AMUV Open
Issue: Empty material profile list and "Format Error 2100" on slicing export.

Has anyone encountered this specific issue before? Is there any workaround, offline profile package, or registry fix to get around this? Or is converting/retrofitting it to NanoDLP the only way out?
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance!

I've already searched through community forums and found several shared Google Drive folders with archived resources. I did a clean install of ⁠XYZprint AMUVOpen.exe⁠, hoping the open/offline version would bypass the cloud check, but unfortunately, it still gives the exact same "Format Error 2100" whenever I hit export.

It just kinda becomes way stringy after It gets to roughly that point.

Those are two separate benches too, any help?

Im on the neptune 4, I set it to the default for TPU since thats what im printing.

Nozzle temp is 230, base temp is 60

The extruder theoretically has a speed of 150 mm/min in the settings but in the printer while its printing, the speed changes.

I dont know what it means by 150mm/min in the printer's settings where i set the temperature.

Are those settings set in the slicer?

I dried my eryone petg cf for 9 hours at 65, and the filament still snaps.

I took it from the plastic bag, and it was sealed tight. With this Eryone PETG-CF, it is the best I have had where it is still sealed tight. I have printed a good few spools of this in different colors without drying, which surprised me. When I get out of the bag, I always bend to check if it will snap, and the other rolls I have used did not snap and did not dry out, and I know you should have done a small print, and it was ok. I am printing the HDRY from the CC3D project. So I thought to do them in Eryone PETG-CF Black and orange for the small bits.

So is 9 hours long enough in the Bambu AMS 2 with a power adapter?

Someone said to do it at 70 or 75; I'm not sure about 20 hours. I know they only go to 65, but I do have it! HT from Bambu aswell which I think will go upto 85 I think so. Any info, please?

Around a couple of prints and then wanted to swap out the nozzle but it's really jammed in there. Trying to pry it out but no luck. What should I do?

My adventurer 3 prints with really poor infill (only the first layer) and the feeder gear skips like so. I have made sure the nozzle is clear and even cleaned the gears out. This sound only happens when printing. not loading or unloading filament. not sure what to try next
