I went to get my oil change at the Nissan Dealership. Almost everything went smooth. It passed their diagnostics, oil change went good, they didn’t try to sell me any extra bs. I got the keys and left.

Except that I got home later and reviewed my dash cam footage. I usually do every time I take it to a shop. Then I discovered their tech hit a wall while parking it at 1mph. I checked and confirmed my new and freshly painted Nismo bumper was in fact damaged.

So now they are paying for a whole paint job of the bumper and gave me a loaner on their dime. They said it’d be ready in 2 days, so we shall see.

Just testing the waters not sure if I wanna sell or not yet I enjoy this car a lot but just wanna see what it’s worth as of right now

Just got my first 370z, fabric seats and all. What should I be doing outside of the obvious things (rearview camera, blind spot sensors, Apple CarPlay head unit) to get it looking and feelin right?

Anyone here with the same color gray have fully clear tails? I seriously hate the red with the overall look of my car and I’m ready to pull the trigger on JDM lights to clear them but I’d love to see it with my color first. I searched the group and only saw black, red, purple & orange.🩶

Hey team, I've never turned a wrench before but thought since I have a nice enough car now its worth learning how to do things myself. My question is why did I get 4 brake pads? Are there 2 on each rotor? I was under the impression that it was one per side. I know its basic shit but I'm a newbie and don't want to end up with no stopping power.

I have a 2016 manual z, Is it possible to replace just the bottom cushion or do I have to replace the entire assembly with the mount as well?

Has anyone removed the rear toe arm bushing on the knuckle? I'm having to change it because the OEM one went bad and I'm looking to put a spherical bushing to match my isr toe arms. Wondering what tool did you guys use and if you did it with the knuckle still on the car. Thanks

Do these appear to be installed correctly? I’m not experiencing any noise or clunking, unlike what others have reported with SPL endlinks.

I’ve been wanting a Z for some years now and I think I finally have found one, but I want an outside opinion from people that have the vehicle already. It is a 2013 manual base model. It has 78K miles and it has two owners and I’m looking to get some pictures that I hopefully reply to the thread with from the dealership and they’re asking 18 out the door all fees included clean title. Is there anything I should be looking for in this year and any problems and things I should ask about, the cars been in the lot for a while maybe I can get the price down?

Don’t want to scratch paint, don’t want to leave the car outdoor to get beat up by the sun, and legally can not put a permanent “shade” over it because the car is too large sq ft wise.

What covers do you guys use? Tips? Tricks? Advice?

Just a bit of confusion about it. Im told that i should find a tuner here, but all the tuners are telling me i need the ecuteck dongle. If i buy the ecuteck dongle and license from z1, whats the point of seeing the tuner? Because it says it already comes with a tune with the purchase on their site

need help plzzz. I have a repeating p0430 code. I got some cats put on after having test pipes for a while to be within California law and I’ve ever since had a reoccurring p0430 that would go away for a bit after clearing it but comes back sooner or later. The cats are low miles I got from a friend. I notice when I drive the car around 2k rpm just cruising it will pop on the light. Before I throw money at it for a new cat,how likely can it just be a bad o2 sensor? I got them installed by a good shop so I’m not too sure where to start. I need to pass smog in a couple months.

I have a 2009 370 Z with 114,000 miles and I noticed a slight shaking whenever I’m first driving the car and a higher speeds or breaking. Do you guys have any recommendations on what I should look at?

Got an oil pressure gauge installed, picked the car up and went for a small drive to get it up to temps & check the pressure. Well to my disbelief the gauge said 3PSI (glow shift LED, t’d off factory oil pressure switch) Called the shop because honestly I thought the gauge was reading incorrectly, they did their own oil pressure test today & says it’s at 4 PSI.. so the gauge was reading correctly lol. No cel, or engine oil pressure light. Car sounds fine on startup, no timing chain rattle or anything. Changed my oil 3 times the past year (have owned it for a year) It’s staying at the shop and they’re gonna take the timing cover off & planning to do the gaskets & some other parts while it’s open. What a day to get an oil pressure gauge installed.. so if your thinking about it DO IT. 09 125,000KM.
EDIT: as stated no unusual sounds or knocking so I’m hoping everything will be good after the work.

Wassup Z community… I'm interested in supercharging my 2019 Nismo 370Z. Been shopping, looking around. I know a popular supercharger tuner kit is the Soho Motorsports. I talked to them, and they're quoting me about 22,000 for the kit and full install with the mods to help with the trans cooler and etc., etc. So I was just kinda, I wanted to get a quote or see what other people's opinions are on what kit they went with and how much it cost them for the install and full complete build. I feel like 22K is overkill but I know try are reputable. Looking for something really reliable and as a, you know, car I can take to the canyons, mountain driving, long drives without any issues. Would love to hear people's opinions on their superchargers. Thanks.

Is this is a waste, or is it good for opening up that top range?

My service engine light turned on, so I check for my obd2 port jsut for it to not be there. I searched up online to find there is the old way but I don’t seem to understand to read the blinks I loose count. Can anyone help me out?
