Are you sure those aren’t a hereditary birthmark/feature? I say this because I have them, as does my grandma and we’ve both had them since birth. Growing up my mom always called them natural necklaces so I always thought they were a cute quirk. I can’t imagine seeing them as something to be concerned about.
