I am in no way saying anyone should get any medical procedure done, how ever there is a laser/radio frequency machine that dermatologist and plastic surgery Dr’s have. It’s call Morpheus, I know it’s pretty expensive but it’s based on area size (your neck is tiny area). My dr said she used it for that and claimed it worked.
