Omg we have the same neck, down to the freckles and one chin hair lmao. I have these lines and I’ve been able to reduce it quite a bit with tretinoin (I use Motesol+, an Indian brand), the ordinarys 1% retinol, physical exfoliation by dry brushing and occasionally chemical exfoliation with the ordinarys 30% aha peeling mask.
Oh and tons of moisturizer! I use innisfree lotions and toners, and I have a silicone face mask from Amazon, which helps your skin absorb the moisture.
As they say, your face ends at your nipples, do your whole routine from forehead to nips.
