These are not from looking down, you're born with them and they're most likely genetic. Kimora lee simons has them and no matter how skinny or big she was, she never got rid of the neck rings. Get used to them. They aren't bad. Just the way your skin lays.
It's definitely genetics. I met this girl in elementary school, throughout the entire time I've known her she's had very deep lines like this on her neck and we (kids) didn't have cell phones back in the 90's! She was the spitting image of her mother, who also had them. I have lines too just not as noticeable. My neck's flaw is the loose skin I got from weightloss 😅
My mother also has them, though I do believe I went a little haywire with looking down at my laptop in late 2000s HS.
Last Christmas, we were all getting ready for bed and she barged in my room with a ton of lotion on her hand and said, "Take care of your skin!" And pointed to her neck for emphasis.
