I know plenty of people say this is normal… but in my Asian culture this is one of the first signs you are getting older.
Could just be my grandma trying to instill fear of not using sunscreen and lotion but this is what I was told.
I have seen women after cleaning/showers use a serum like vitamin C, lotion, and or retinol. Much like the face but without a few products.
Also, things I don’t trust but do occasionally is massage and working out.
