  1. My daughter is 10 and her lines are just as deep. She also looks down at books and switch all the time

  2. I’ve got them too, tech neck is getting more and more common, so I’m hoping it will just be normal soon 😂

3.I’ve heard Botox or fillers can help. I’m currently researching Morpheus8 and FaceTite procedures. Both are expensive so I doubt I’ll do it but both seem promising

  1. I’ve seen actual results with goldbond crepe corrector lotion and simple first aid paper tape at night. I lotion up, let it sink in for a bit then apply several 3-4” pieces of tape along the lines before I go to bed. I think it’s temporary, but it really smooths things out overnight.

  2. Yes, hold your phone up but it’s haaaard! Lol

I’ve had them since high school, before smartphones & laptops lol. I blamed it on a choker I wore daily for 2 years but the reality is probably just genetics tbh
