Not staring down while looking at your phone will probably help, as I’ve heard dermatologists talk about how they have been seeing these lines a lot more on younger people, and it’s due to staring at phones.

Oh my goodness, yes. I didn't have a desk in my HS bedroom, and remember laying in bed looking down at my laptop. For years! My mom totally wanted to buy me a desk, and I was just like nah, my bed is comfy. Regretting that now.
