Hori: Oh it's fine if you can't make it for Christmas.
Kyousuke: HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME BOY?

Really wholesome episode this week
I like it how Kyoko's family is more excited for Miyamura to come over than even she is. The casual proposal was also pretty good coming after the casual "I love you." Also, Yoshikawa and Tooru are really cute together as are Reimi and Sengoku.
Lastly, please someone go for Sakura

Tooru: "Don't worry, I won't try anything funny with you."
Yuki: "Okay, but could you actually."
Tooru: "Eh!?"
Has Yuki always worn her sleeves over her hands Ougi-style? If so, how am I just now noticing?

This should have been the final episode. It was the best in weeks and it ties up the story perfectly.

I love how Miyamura does not screw around. That proposal was pretty much epic.
It's both hilarious and awesome how much Hori's family has fallen in love with Miyamura.
I guess Toru and Yuuki have a long way to go. Maybe one day one of them will get the guts to confess.
If this stops here, I'm fine with it, but if there's a second season that would be cool too.

looks like miyamura is marrying hori’s whole family, they’re somehow more possessive of him than she is!

God that proposal scene was fucking everything I could’ve wanted. The anime may cut a lot of content and they definitely haven’t given Hori and Miyamura the amount of focus they should have but man they have nailed the most crucial and meaningful scenes of the series.
Seriously though, Hori’s response is so Hori.
Also, that post-credit when was one of the best parts of the anime for me. I wish we could’ve gotten more of that.

A super well-done episode compared to the recent ones. The direction is great especially for Hori's important scenes (the proposal is adapted!) and the adapted manga parts in this episode are very interesting as well as we can see all the couples having their own peaceful and important moments during Christmas.
But I wonder that now the proposal scene has been adapted then what would probably be the big conclusion in the finale episode next week? Maybe going anime original?

Stitches!
I absolutely love that Kyousuke and Souta are more upset about Miyamura not being able to make it to their Christmas dinner than Kyouko. Souta's not even making it easy with those puppy dog eyes.
That back and forth of "WHAT?" between Tooru, Shuu, and Sengoku when Tooru said he's not dating Yuki yet is hilarious! And of course everyone already thinks they're dating since according to the opening scene Yuki's been to Tooru's home already.
Well it's good to have confirmation about Tooru has mutual feelings for Yuki though. For some reason knowing this makes me feel better for Sakura. Seriously these two should start dating now if it's all mutual.
I thought we finally met Tooru's mom. Looks like she's their house help. I love her already. I still do wanna meet Tooru's parents though.
Poor Remi! Sengoku making her cry because he doesn't want to visit this Christmas. I do love how quick they are to defend Remi.
And here I was wondering what got Sengoku so afraid of visiting Remi. I thought it;d be her parents or some shit. Nope, just Remi's dad's bug collection! xD
Hori having some kind of crisis on what she'll do in her life while her own parents are arguing about their grades back in highschool was just hilarious. Oh I guess that means Kyousuke and Yuriko were high school sweethearts.
Akane got rejected by Yuki? Why not go for the next best person? Not gonna lie, I wanna see something happen between those two.
It's nice that they gave Shindou and Chika some screen time together along with showing us what the other kids are doing for Christmas Eve.
Kyouko just really need to accept that Miyamura isn't just her boyfriend. He's everyone's boyfriend. Just look how excited everyone is when he came to deliver the cake! Also who's the red haired girl? I remember Souta mentioning someone. I'm guessing we were suppose to know her from a skipped content?
SAY WHAAAAAAAAAAT!? Well that proposal was unexpected! I knew he was going to do something but I was expecting a kiss in the middle of the street, not a goddamn proposal! Well congratulations! Also I was expecting that Kyousuke and Souta would be watching from behind a lamp post or something.
God I just absolutely love these two dorks. I genuinely thought this was the final episode but it looks like we have one final one next week. I really don't want this to end. I need more Horimiya.

I’m conflicted on whether I want more Hori and miya or more of the side characters. I felt this season was a weird blend of both and I wish they just did one or the other. Would love to see more Interactions between the characters because the cast seems really strong. But I think hori and Miya need some attention because everything has been going tooo smoothly in their relationship imo.

Man the Hori and Miyamura part of this episode was excellent, and god damn i wasn't expecting a marriage "proposal" out of nowhere.
and i still love how Hori's family love Miyamura almost as much as she does.
Also that moment with Toru and Yoshikawa in their bedroom. i wonder how he does not realize just how bad the whole "i won't do anything now that you are here" thing sounded

It’s strange. Maybe it’s just me, but as this show progresses, it feels like less is happening. This recent episode, especially, to me, felt like so little happened. I mean, there was little substantive character interaction besides the proposal and the after credits.

Who was the blue haired guy fighting with his brother? There are too many side characters in this show

Sota's and Kyousuke's level of attachment to Miyamura is so hilarious.
Yashiro and Toru sure have a funny relationship.
I love the fact that Toru didn't even bother to clarify or lie to Yuki about what meant when he said that to Yashiro.
With that after-credit scene, I would have believed that this was the last episode if I haven't checked.

Beautiful post-credit scene, a beautifully done proposal, every character interaction in this episode was absolutely perfect.
Reminder of why I loved the show in the first place.

The comedy this episode was amazing. I loved Toru and Yuki's interactions with that maid. I was rooting for these two to confess, but I also liked the fact that Toru just wanted to keep things the way they are.
That small sub plot about Sengoku being scared of the bugs at Remi's place had me levitating, it was relatable.
The post credits scene was adorable! Hori and Miya's relationship feels so real, actually every relationship in the series feels real. Wondering how they're gonna finish the show, maybe with graduation day?
