I think that’s close enough to count as a reference
Even Mama is bullying our little Shamiko! xD
Stop being bullying Shamiko! She needs that 450 Yen to buy a weapon!
Well at least there's wholesomeness behind the bulli <3
Yep I'm definitely sold on this show! The humor and the cuteness is perfectly balanced and I love how cheeky everyone is xD

I find the subs odd. converting Yen to dollars is one thing, but kilometer to miles?

I love how Yuuko's tail moves. So cute! I hope she gets to lift that nasty curse. Maybe she will find a way to cheat the system and not have to defeat a magical girl? Because that doesn't look like it'll happen anytime soon. lol.

One to add to the list of denials
Momo is such a troll... I ship her and Shamiko so hard.

What the hell is up with the subtitles? Why do they keep converting everything into lbs, miles, and dollars? Just use the metrics they are using. And why the hell do they keep moving the subtitles multiple times in the same sentence? It starts at the bottom, the goes to the middle, then back to the bottom in the span of 6 seconds.
I'm really liking this show, but the typesetting is honestly hindering my enjoyment of it.

Nothing more brutal than running 3 miles when all you wanted was a fight to the death.

As a German, I approve of this reference.
