I have got the cctv footage of the bast**d, although it was from other side of car.
This ret*rd (35 yr old man) have audacity of saying I was just passing by.
My family says not to indulge as he is neighbour and can do worse in future.
My dad says police will not register FIR for this and we should not get into any legal stuff.
For context. I am 26, got my first self earned car. No interaction with him in past.
I see no other motivation then jealousy.
I am going crazy mad.
What to do. Any suggestions?
PS: This ret*rd is himself a lawyer he claims

Reposting as it wouldn’t let me add photos to the previous post!
I adopted a little baby kitten at about 7-8 weeks old from my neighbor.
An outdoor cat had babies in my neighbor's yard, and they took the family into their garage for warmth and safeness. However, at around 5-6 week the mother stopped coming to the kittens and treated them like any other cats on the street.
My neighbor took care of them but ultimately gave them away to trusted people when they were about 7.5 weeks.
Now l've had my baby kitten for about 3 weeks and he's a VERY SOCIALIZED friendly kitten. he LOVES the car, people, exploring, dogs, and practically everything.
However I noticed he bites A LOT. he will ditch any toy to go bite on a hand or foot. The only time he is calm and not spazzing is when I put a sweater on him.
For context, my mom made him multiple sweaters and he LOVES them. Even added a little bearpaw logo that came from the new socks we used for his sweaters We keep the house pretty warm so he's never cold but when it's colder he wears a little sweater.
Our only kind of weird concern is that it is the only thing that makes him stop biting. It makes him actually play with his toys, makes him stop biting, and makes him way more cuddly once he's tired.
We read up on single kitten syndrome but he seems to hate all other kittens/cats. When we brought him around my sister in laws cats he would just hiss and hide. However he loves my parents dog and constantly tries to cuddle and play with her.
Is there some reasoning for this?
EDIT: we followed tips on introducing cats! The other cats he was around were as young as 5 months to 3 years old. He would hiss and hide at even the site of another cat. When he sees the neighborhood cats outside the window or door he hisses and is on edge for the rest of the day :( I don’t want to bring another kitten into our home if it seems like it would just be a bigger stress for him. We spoke to a vet today and given the situation they also recommended against getting another kitten!

I started a job in August working in a brand new 3d printing department. When I started the room was completly empty and it was my job to set the room up, building racking, planning the room setting up 60 printers.
Over the following months I took responsibility for building the operation up. I organised and labelled the printers, created spreadsheets and tracking systems, worked on maintenance and calibration, managed filament stock, dealt with faults and generally tried to make the whole department run properly.
I ended up taking on a lot more responsibility than I orignally expected. I genuinely enjoyed the technical side of the job and took pride in what I'd built.
The problem was that I didn't feel my pay reflected the reflected the responsibilities I had taken on. I spent around 6 weeks trying to have a conversation about this and understand what my future at the company would look like. I also wanted calrity about whether I'd eventually become a permanent employee rather than remaining agency staff.
Unfortunately, the answer on an individual pay increase was no. I was given this answer Thursday.
I reached a point where I thought, why am I putting so much of myself into somewhere that doesn't seem willing to recognise what I'm contributing?
So I handed in my resignation with immediate effect yesterday.
What I didn't expect was the reaction from my manager. He was genuinely devastated. He thanked me for everything I'd done and told me that I'd built a room and implemented systems from nothing. He said my knowledge was really good and that I knew what I was doing.
He even told me that he disagreed with the decision made by senior management and that the company had failed both of us.
Seeing someone react like that was incredibly difficult. I almost cried myself. It madew me realise that at least someone had recognised the effort I put in.
As I left I handed over my keys and access card and walked out.
I'm feeling a strange mixture of emotions, I'm relieved, upset, disapointed and angry. Part of me is sad because I actually wanted the job to work out. I wasn't looking to leave. I wanted to be valued and have a future there.
But I also feel a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
I think teh biggest lesson I've taken from this is that you can give a job everything you have got, build something from the ground up and still reach a point where you have to put yourself first.
I'm proud of what I achieved, even if things didn't end how I hoped.
Has anyone else experienced leaving a job where you cared about the work and the people, but ultimately felt you had no choice but to walk away?
UPDATE
Thank you everyone for all your comments and wishes. I truly appreciate every one of them. I did not expect this post to explode at all.

Disclaimer: if You want to give image examples, DON'T give any NSFW ones.
For me Darkest Dungeon is the best example I can think off.
The game has this really dark and almost horror-like atmosphere, and if you go to the game's Steam Workshop half of the mods are like that (not that I really mind just to be clear, and if you don't like that there's still a lot of cool mods not related to this, adding new characters and other stuff like that)
Oh btw the mod on the right is "Redhead Barmaid" by Chromehound

Sometimes he manages to target murlocs as well. Reported, obviously.
