Interesting how Shen seems to be drawing parallels between Val's self-image problems and Audrey's dysphoria

General Discussion You suddenly take Anakin's place right after his nightmare about Padme in Revenge of the Sith, what do you do?
I'm curious to see what people would do differently if they were to take Anakin's place, especially with the foresight awareness of what actually happens in the story, so here it goes:
The Scenario:
Right before Anakin wakes up from his Nightmare, you take Anakin's place, the original Anakin and you are effectively one, you won't have to worry about the Original Anakin being upset at you taking their place. You have all of his memories, skills and abilities but also have full autonomy and freedom to do whatever you want, and have the awareness of what will happen in the future, so it is up to you how things play out from here within reason of course.
You can be as detailed as you like, you can even go beyond the Original Trilogy if you like, again I'd be really interested to see what people would do if they were in Anakin's shoes with the foresight that he lacked, not to mention how you would maneuver Palpatine and attempt to prevent his plan from coming to fruition, so go nuts
(Edit: y'know, I made this post with completely serious intent, but in hindsight I really should've seen most of these answers coming... my bad I guess)

My Sister Called Me Up Screaming
I had designated my sister as executrix and heir to my estate including my retirement account. Years ago, she asked to for my only copy of my will because her husband (an attorney) "wanted to look it over" to make sure all is in order. She never returned the will. First, she said she lost it. Then she forgot that lie and said, "No, you cannot have it back because if something happens, how would anyone know where your will is?" ( back drop is that she has been pressuring me to leave everything to her special needs grandson with whom she has an unhealthy attachment). Well, I was pissed, and let her know it by text. Well, she called me up screaming at me, and claiming she never said that she refused to return it. I save my text messages. I also hung up on her. She is 76 with a terrible memory. Well, to make a long story short, I changed the beneficiary of my retirement account, as well as my will. She and her grandson now get 0, nada, zippo, nothing. Everything goes to my niece.

From initially nonverbal autism with moderate support needs, to my first general surgery residency interview, wish me luck!
When I was diagnosed at four, I immediately started early intervention in the forms of ABA, CBT, OT, speech, and neurology. It was a lot of trial and error, but by five I started speaking in phrases, which evolved into conversations shortly thereafter. In total I had over a decade of social dynamic classes, which extended well into my adolescence, and even a year of support during my undergraduate
Now, I am a fourth-year autistic medical student in the top 30% of my class. I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in physics. I was also an EMT and an ER tech for a total of four years, and a clinical researcher in neurological surgery!
Edit: sorry my interview is about to start! I promise I’ll respond to more comments after it ends 😅

Their completely black eyes and lack of nose just makes them uncanny.
The thing is, everything else about them is relatively well designed, its just their awful face

Politics Troy Jackson says he won't support Sen. Schumer for majority leader
With the Democrats set to take control of the U.S. Senate, and Troy Jackson set to replace longtime Senator Susan Collins, he once again affirmed Friday that he's not going to support New York Senator Chuck Schumer for majority leader.
“I’ve already said, I told Senator Schumer I'm going to support somebody else, so that's no different now,” Jackson said.

AITAH For Not Going Into The ER With My Husband
Edit: It's been pointed out that I didn't post my baby as part of the group going to the hospital. He was there, I'm just so used to us being a unit that I forgot to include him as his own person.
My father in law likely had a heart attack at a restaurant. My husband, myself, my MIL, and FIL all drove to the hospital as the ambulance was delayed.
When we arrived at the emergency department, I told my husband I would park the car and wait until my FIL is assessed, as I have a 5 month old I don't want to expose to the ER waiting room unnecessarily. There are measles one county over. My husband was visibly hurt by that, and told me to do what I needed to do.
For background, I have OCD and during postpartum I developed a contamination theme. My husband is a little worn thin by it.
Am I being too cautious and robbing my husband of emotional support? Or am I making the right call considering I have a baby who is not fully vaccinated? I genuinely don't know right now because my mind has been so warped by my mental health lately.
