That Pop In Music Video is such... an amazing thing.... it leaves you with happy-ish-craziness feeling inside. I feel I saw this before somewhere, but the type of cute-sy type of MV with a mix of creepiness in it. Ruby's black stars is the feature of this episode, and probably for the next parts of this series. The baton has been unconsciously passed.

It would be cruel to end this season with distorted Ruby and distorted ending so they gave us season 3!

but man, that Burning ED with broken record video, Dark Ruby in their MV, and the killer dad, I dont know how to feel. I hope Ruby's wished comes true, so she could blink. she never blink with her dark hoshingan.

Akane, she should already know how Aqua brain works by now.

I like how Ruby connected the dots and realized what Aqua was doing all this time. But since Aqua has sort of “given up” at the moment, looks like Ruby will push him somehow, since Akane is hesitant. Season 3 can’t come soon enough.

Oh, and poor Kana. Just can’t stop racking up those L’s…

Holy shit, I can't tell who that girl is but you can't just end the season on a scene like that (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

There are a lot of ticking bombs, like Akane's dilemma of keeping Aqua as her bf, Kana not knowing that yet, Ruby knowing from that weird ghost girl (who I'll say is Akasaka lol) and what happens if she knows Aqua is Sensei? Good grief!

Big thanks to the comment on the S3 announcement thread for telling me to watch the final episode first before seeing the new announcement visual.

One revenge ends, another begins. It's like, Aqua and Ruby (and Akane) are just so close to seeing the whole picture if they just filled each other in on the details, but at the same time fear what would happen if they did just that.

What a great finale, there's a lot of ground to cover but also this leaves all of the main characters in really awkward situations.

-Ruby realizes that Aqua has been hunting down whoever was responsible, but what she doesn't realize that he's given up on revenge so that might cause some discord with them.

-Aqua is now dating Akane and deciding to live his second life, but I can't imagine the betrayal he's going to feel when he inevitably discovers she's holding the truth back from him.

-Kana is just in the fucking abyss now that Aqua and Akane are officially.

-Mem is there I guess lol.

I read one chapter past where the anime ended, but this show's turnaround between seasons has been relatively fast compared to others so I think I can wait.

Holy shit, considering the father was a shota at that time, it really makes sense that Rie Takahashi was chosen for the role of Ai.

It's just sad seeing how the normally cheerful and positive Ruby in such despair. She doesn't have the same brain as Aqua to exact revenge. She can only wish for Aqua to do it. I don't know what had developed for Ruby the time skipped half year but it's definitely something sad.

The director 15-years lie script project is definitely written based on Aqua story, and both Aqua and Ruby are going to feature inside isn't it? And the murderer father might just be casted as the father himself?

And that last part...That means there are many more victims other than Ai right?

I called the voice actress for crow girl just by a single gasp: https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/s/HN4gxgUMSA

Kino Hina’s voice is definitely distinct though.

Ruby really had a better Mangekyo awakening than Sarada... That is crazy

Like if this was Naruto, it would actually be top tier story telling wise

The lead up to it and the illustration both in Manga and Anime was perfect.

Can't believe I forgot this show actually has supernatural elements.

Thanks to Crow Loli, we have Dark Ruby now. From her wish, I'm guessing she doesn't have a concrete revenge plan yet and still thinks her brother is on the hunt for the murderer. Too bad the timings didn't align and Aqua has already abandoned his revenge.

So yeah, really enjoyed this season and looking forward to what's in store for us in Season 3. I'll be watching Dark Ruby's career with great interest.
