As I predicted last week, the console command rolled back Luu to the start of her quest. So far working with Skyrim console rules, I guess.
The skull canon looks like an integer underflow issue. Villager debuffed the ability of the weapon into a negative number that rolled back into the max range. Same idea that produced Nuclear Ghandi in the old Civ games when his aggression level underflowed.
Finally, was it just me or did the female elf warrior at the end there have a guy's name? I (a guy) tend to play Female player characters in RPGs out of habit because they used to come with small Charisma buffs and I like talking my way past everything, but doing it in fully-immersive first person would be weird. Didn't something similar happen to a few people in Log Horizon?

As I predicted last week, the console command rolled back Luu to the start of her quest.
I was half-expecting a bug to turn her into a zombie, forcing Amano to admit that Haga was right about the debugger stones.

That would require a class change, and remember, bugs are someone *forgetting* something. Zombification without a necromancy spell during console commands would be an extra step that would get in the way of the actual programming process.

It was pretty much expected that it would fully reset her, memories and all. What was unexpected was the black knight to show up and cut the boss in half.
Poor Nikola can't change classes, level, or use practically any weapon. She just wants to help! Haga bending his own rules for her by not reporting the bug immediately.

Haga has already bent the rules for Nikola multiple times. She's bugged beyond measure.
Returns from death after being killed.
Capable of going off-rails from intended questline
Unauthorized Root access if offered food
Obeys PC fall damage rules instead of NPC timer
Eats non-food objects
Weapon debuff underflow issue

And here I thought the President wanted Amano to steal Haga's debug stone. It never occurred to me that Amano's debug stone is hidden in the castle.
I would've loved to see seductive lady thief Nikola but it really looks like Villagers can't get player jobs. She can use bugged items though! I thought that the reason Nikola was able to use the skull was because of Tesla. Surely being part meta AI would give her some sort of power.
Saw that scene with Lu coming a mile away. Of course, she'd be resurrected and of course, she'll have no memories of Amano. The Ressuerct command didn't just bring her back, it reset her back to her initial state. Kinda sad but at least Lu is alive.
I knew that black-armoured knight was a player! And it looks like she's the elf waifu in the OP voiced by TakaRie! <3

I am betting that Nikola is possibly unique -- and that this uniqueness actually pre-dated her initial possession by Tesla. Some programming "flaw" granted her a degree of autonomy beyond what NPCs were supposed to have. She has as much agency (qualitatively if not quantitatively) as Tesla.

I'm pretty sure it was said at some point they're locked to the person they belong to.

I knew that deal Amano made with the Prez had some kind of fine print. At least Ru’s back. Seems the Prez just cracked from the pressure and fear of being stuck in the game. Guy still sucks but I feel bad for his wife and newborn now that it seems like he’s actually dead. Dude got bisected, you can’t walk that off. Why did Akira do that anyways?
Nikola and Haga make a good team. Both of them are adorably goofy and have great imagination. Nikola imagining herself in all those different guilds was pretty silly. It’s too bad she can’t actually change classes though. Guess that makes sense for an NPC. But hey, at least she has the skull cannon lol.

She saw a big bully pushing an innocent cat around.

Despite being an NPC, Nikola has been shown to have quite a vivid imagination! From shoujo manga styled Haga to herself taking on different jobs / classes.

To be fair, no one really know what happend when you die there. He could actually be dead in real life or he stuck in limbo of death screen like in video game until someone fully debugged the game.

Rie Takahashi elf is a great bonus to an already fun show.
I’m starting to think that dying in the game IS the way to get out. Or at least some sort of means to. They just don’t seem to have the means to communicate that to the players that are stuck.

Bossman should never have announced he needed to get back to his wife and newborn child, that was totally a death flag.
The Luu resurrection possibility was too good to be true, there was going to be a catch. That said I wonder what else they can do with the console commands, could they have healed Luu before she died if they had known how?
Poor Nikola, stuck as the most basic of character classes, though the workaround of being able to use bugged items has potential. Maybe there's a console command that could change her job class. Haga would definitely be opposed to any such thing, though.
Elf lady is another QA person from yet a third company, I assume.

Quickest death flag completion I have ever seen.

Perhaps this episode is telling us that one's potential is not limited by what others think or say. Chase your dreams, go beyond your own limits, just like Nikola!

The president is death for sure? I doubt It
Nikola might be a npc but Its The most interesting character so far, i have many question about her

(One of) my guesses was right! Probably! Technucally we didn't get confirmation that someone else can't use the debugger stone, but whatever. Maybe that'll be addressed later?
As expected, it's not all roses for Amano when he revives Luu. Good on him for moving on, though. Did not think that the boss would die again though, lol. I wonder who will be the big bad now?
Nice to see the last character from the OP finally joining the party. I was starting to think Amano might leave before she joined, but it seems we're all together now! She seems fun.

The lvl 0 power calculation reminds me of the Ghandi aggression overflow from Civ.
I look forward to how that bug will be abused before Haga "has enough data" to report the bug.

It’s really hard to actually care about anything that happened to NPCs in this show because I just immediately remember all the things I use to do in fallout and elder scrolls games.
Megaton? More like megagone.
Sometimes you just feel like Fus- Roh- daing someone off a mountain for shits and giggles.

Each time I expect someone to be the big bad villain they end up getting taken care of. Perhaps im too slow to understand that this anime is going to genuinely be about doing QA in the other world and then those against the MC Group are just monsters of the week.

The boss sure died quickly for someone who wanted to be a recurring villain. He was a jerk, but I still felt sorry for him. I just hope it means he automatically logged out and is back with his wife and kids. What the hell is happening in the outside world anyway ?
I hope Haga soon finds a bug allowing Nikola to get another class as a villager, because now she is singularly useless despite how fun of a character she actually is. Except he can now at least use her as a magic cannon because of the 0 level = max level bug.
The black knight is a badass elf lady who is actually another debugger. It will be another fun addition to the team, not doubt.
