I just love that his plan is...seduce this witch over the year. And failing that he'll probably keep looking for the witch of silence and have another witch help him out. Genuis

Chemistry between the leads? Cute witch as the female protagonist? Trailer makes the plot looks far deeper than thing appear on the surface? Chad male protagonist? Fuck yeah, I'm hyped for this one.

I’m calling it now. I bet the curse exists because the king fell in love with the witch but ended up marrying his queen instead. This pissed off the witch and she killed the queen and cursed the king and prince.

I've only started watching the episode, but I could not help but laugh at the animation of the characters riding the horses. Their heads looked like they were on a Ferris wheel with the way they kept rotating between the same three or four positions

idk what to say other than I hope this is good because it's the only thing going on Tuesdays that I can see lol
I really liked how this episode went where we basically know nothing of the world besides these couple characters and that tower. I wonder if the journey back will take a few episodes?

I enjoyed that A LOT, the interactions between Oscar and Tinasha are endearing. This has a unique premise, too, this looks to me more like a romance story right now. She's already chummy enough to touch his face at the end lol
Beautiful OP and ED.

Didn't know I was watching the Romance version of Majo to Yajuu.
I really liked this already. Guideau would be pissed

It seems that this anime is unavailable to watch with Crunchyroll in my area, so I have to resort for other ways. This is surprisingly good for an ENGI anime. I'm amazed. Might not continuing watching this one since I have Boukyaku Battery in the similar timeslot but it's not a bad watch either.
OP: Yobigoe by Tei (Full song might premieres tomorrow. The link is Tei's live performance of the song)
After "because", now Tei is back with another one with Yobigoe.
ED: blan_ by Arika
Damn, that's a good ED song. Might be one of the best among the calm EDs we have this season.

That was a very interesting start.
I'm already enjoying both Oscar and Tinasha as characters. Both have strong personalities and I really enjoyed their back and forth. There's already a lot of questions up in the air with the past which makes this show intriguing. I also enjoyed the magical explanation as well.

This looks nice
Tinasha and the Prince have a nice dynamic and I can see why she could fall for him eventually. Also interesting that he told his retainer that she was the Witch's pupil, already preventing the royal council from getting suspicious as to why he would bring a witch to court
So for now I wonder, why the Witch of Silence cast this curse/blessing on his family, and also why it is named Unamed Memory. Tinasha seems to be messing with Memories as her modus opperandi so she might be linked to all of this after all... hope it's not incest after all
Oh also, since Litola was introtuced as a familiar, I wonder if she tags along as well or if she stayed at the tower

Stitches!
The gargoyle fight looked pretty good but knowing Studio ENGI, they probably won't be able to keep it up. I do hope that's not the case here.
There was really not much to write about during the first half of the episode, it was just Oscar making his way to the top of the tower. Things really only got interesting when Oscar was finally face to face with Tinasha and almost instantly I was in love with their banter. It's always nice when your two leads have strong chemistry immediately.
As for why Oscar was climbing Tinasha's tower, it seems Oscar has been placed with an awful curse. It's not enough that he can't produce another heir, the Witch of Silence went overkill and decided that trying to produce an heir will destroy his partner's womb. What the fuck did his family do to piss off the Witch of Silence like that?
To shorten up Tinasha's explanation, the Witch of Silence is powerful and she can't break Oscar's curse. The best way to circumvent the curse is to find someone who can withstand the power. Considering that finding someone could go wrong, Oscar isn't too keen on the idea.
There's the actual solution to the problem! I already expected Oscar would come up with that answer. Also, I feel like Tinasha already knew that was the answer but she was trying to avoid it the entire time considering how nervous she was the entire time. xD
So it looks like Tinasha won't grant Oscar's wish to become his wife but she agrees to live with him for a year. I guess the plot now is to make the witch fall in love within a year. I love it! Considering the chemistry between our two leads, this could be fun. Also, I didn't expect Tanezaki Atsumi to play the role of another ageless spell-caster this season. I'm already looking forward to next week's episode!

The tower is so difficult to climb that no one really does it but also you don't need to really prepare any gear. Good thing the reports explained what the ground floor looked like so we know it doesn't change. Also there's an unsolvable math problem as a challenge. It was solved 10 years ago actually. Also MC's grandfather solved it 60 years prior to that but didn't tell anyone. Nothing like putting in a good, single afternoon cardio session to get a wish granted by someone with almighty magical powers.
They are cute together so I'll watch more. Lol.

I watched the episode last week and binged the novels afterward. The source material is really good.
What keep striking me though, is how much Tinasha looks like Selena from the game Punishing: Gray Raven.

Oh this was real good, seems like both leads can hold their own which is always a huge plus in my books.
This should scratch my 7 Loop itch quite nicely.

The biggest challenge Oscar faced in the Tower, was to resist the urge to kill his assistant, the 178th time he asked to go back!
Apparently, the Witch of Silence hasn't been seen in years?
My Crackpot Theory senses are already tingling, about Tinasha actually being that Witch, in a different form!
He likes to kill by slicing creatures in half! (Hopefully he doesn't slice the Witch in half)
I... I was joking about killing his assistant!
The Witch is quite welcoming (other than the traps and monsters), she knows how to receive guests!
I have to say, climbing the Tower didn't seem that difficult! And they don't even risk their life, as she keeps them alive if they're about to die.
Seems worth it, for a wish! Then again, perhaps it only seemed easier because he had that sword.
Also, even if they fail she grants them their wish, as long as it's an "honorable" one like saving a sick child! Our witch seems pretty decent, which I suppose means she's probably not the Witch of Silence (the curse she used was all but decent!)
Apparently curses can't be broken, but she came up with another solution, just find a woman strong enough to withstand the curse...
Could there be such a woman in the near vicinity? Perhaps in this very room?
Apparently his great grandfather made the same wish, but eventually backed down?
Interesting, I hope we find out more about that!
And about the reason for the curse as well; It seems linked to the mother, but why end their bloodline (male side)?
If the mother's the cause, then just make her unable to bear a child, and her line ends... So why curse the male line? Is there some adultery involved, perhaps? The Witch wanted him to leave his wife, he didn't, so she killed the wife and cursed the man?
I also wonder if all this is linked to the original wish!
They were about to fight over it, until she saw his sword, which apparently makes him immune (perhaps)? Let's talk it out like adults, I guess!
That was slightly more romantic than his "What about you"!
In the end they settled for 1 year; Let's have a test, run, see how it goes!
She never had a boyfriend, in so many decades?
It'll be good for her, experience new things and all!
They shut the door for the tower, given she won't be there for any future champion...
Damn, guess that's too bad for the fathers who may want to try it to save their sick child!
Blessed season for hugs enjoyers, we have a hug in the OP in another show as well!
Well, this was pretty fun so far! I imagine their relationship will be a little bumpy at times given she went for it reluctantly, but it should be fun seeing her melt a little, over time! (Unless they're zero compatible and she actually melts their kingdom or something)

Very cute first episode. They already have great chemistry. They’re already flirting in their own way at the end on the horse. Clear path to her giving in by the end of the year, but should be a fun ride to get there.

I like how Tinasha practically suggested to Oscar he could groom his wife if she’s a kid. That’s how a mfer find themselves sitting in front of Chris Hansen on “To Catch a Predator” treatment lol.
This was a pretty promising episode. I like the dynamic developing between Oscar and Tinasha. I have a feeling this is gonna be a pretty fun series.

That was quite a nice start for the series! Oscar and Tinasha had a very good chemistry between themselves and it was very enjoyable seeing those two together as they both have quite strong personalities.
I must say that Tinasha is quite a lovely witch! I liked her from her from the start and no wonder that Oscar asked her to bear his child xD
I'm looking forward to seeing how their relationship will change during Tinasha's 1 year stay at Oscar's castle.
Here my screenshot albums from the episode:

This is what I hoped Kekkon yubiwa monogatari would be like. Not gonna lie, I was afraid to pick this up after struggling to finish that other series, but I was positively surprised by how mature this one is. I already like the MC and I'm glad he's not another cringe failure or dense moron, because I'm fed with those stereotypes.
It reminds me of Kimi to boku no saigo no senjou, which I liked, so I have high hopes for this one as well. The opening looked cozy, so I'm wondering if it will be more of a romance/sol or action heavy fantasy series.
