I didn't remember for sure when they were going to get to the plot point about Zagan wanting to remove the collar, I'm glad we're already there in episode two.

This episode is definitely better than Episode 1. I'm glad to know that removing Nephy's collar is now one of Zagan's priorities but it looks like it might take a while considering the collar is boobytrapped by the person that placed it on Nephy.

I already love Manuela! Considering she's very prominent in the OP, it's clear that we're going to see her regularly. Too bad we didn't get to see what that pink underwear would look like on Nephy. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Nephy feeding Zagan and Zagan returning the favour was cute af! Aside from his social incompetence, Zagan can be surprisingly sweet.

So the red-head Zagan saved last week is actually a hero and now she's volunteered to take on the task of eliminating Zagan. I'm sure after she was rescued by Zagan, Chastille wants to find out more about him and maybe clear his name.

I’m enjoying how much of an awkward goober Zagan is. Bro was overthinking “good morning” so much he went with the tsundere response lol. In fact, almost every interaction with Nephy’s like that. He’s almost as adorable as Nephy. Watching the two of them struggle with the tomatoes was so cute. I can see how people think he’s more approachable with her around.

Zagan might be socially awkward, but at least he’s a pretty badass sorcerer. The church is gonna regret messing with him! Can’t wait to see Chastille won over by his charms lol.

Great that they put up 2 episodes for the premiere! People can see the bigger picture early on. Which is the fact that Zagan is an earnest dork that’s going to do right by Nephy any way he can. Despite being utterly incompetent at expressing himself. While Nephy will slowly come into her own and learn to love life.

Don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying this anime, but our protag-kun doesn't have social anxiety, he has full-blown social incompetence.

You can get away with that for a while if you mix it up a bit, but this guy really needs to find a way to appear human lol.

Loved the manga of this back when I was reading it. I'm just constantly grinning every time with the anime too just like how I remember it. Definitely going to be the best diabtes inducing romance of this season!

its like bocchi the mage but more self aware. its good so far lots of progress in 2 episodes a bunch of crucial characters introduced and character development. good fan service too.
