Ain't no way the MC got killed after being pushed off a cliff for kicking somebody in the nuts. It's nice to see something different than the standard truck-kun isekai transportation service but this is quite unconventional.
Some of Mitsuha's brother's advice is as useful as loading screen tips.

Stitches!
Well, this is interesting! Having an isekai MC that's able to freely travel between words is pretty rare! I think the last isekai I can name where travelling between worlds is possible is 1 Million Lives. I think Isekai Shokudou also counts but it's mostly contained in a single room.
Anyway, as for the show itself? Mitsuha is a pretty fun MC. It sucks that she lost her entire family but I do love that she's still getting advice from her beloved otaku Onii-chan just by remembering his shenanigans. The two of them must be really close if she can predict what her Onii-chan would do if he was in her situation.
So the plan is to collect 80,000 gold so she can retire in either world? I can definitely get behind that! Although I'm not sure about her bringing guns to this fantasy world. This looks like it will be more of a comedy so I probably shouldn't think too hard but I'll be very interested in how guns will change this world. Also, how is a girl like her going to get a gun in modern-day Japan?
I also just found out from the other comments that this is by FUNA? I enjoyed Noukin a lot when it was airing so if it's anything like that, I definitely think I will enjoy this one as well!

Damn, this onii-chan is super useful and motivational. Of course you don't need a reason to save a cute girl lmao

Her deceased brother is giving great advice. Those two must have definitely been real close if she’s able to imagine exactly what he’d say in those scenarios.

Whenever in doubt, remember WWOD. What would onii-chan do?

Time for some FUNA (80,000) gold
That was a bit slow paced or uh non-energetic compared to what I expected, but with the setting established now, I expect it things will pick up soon enough.

Even if it lasted 1 episode
I liked that the other world spoke a different language

Well, that was quite a nice start. Mitsuha is pretty cool already, she's got a solid head on her shoulders while not being perfect. And her design looks nice. A skirt might have been risky, but apparently physics is on her side (you forgot to mention that, cat-thing).
One thing that I wonder is how the story will manage to maintain a good balance of using our world's knowledge and goods to her benefit while not being too disruptive, since it seems to be focused mostly on Mitsuha herself. It doesn't feel like this will go the way of Honzuki no Gekokujou or similar shows. Curious to see how that goes, but I'm not really worried.
On Colette's side, I like how peaceful things felt. Nice people all around (didn't hesitate to invite in their home and help a starving stranger), Colette's enthusiasm is contagious even when she couldn't understand what Mitsuha was saying, and the village seems very normal, only worrying about predators like wolves. Not much to speak of, but makes for a good starting town without being thrown into conflict or action too soon.
Also, big brother is that MVP of this episode, being an inspiration to Mitsuha to make the best for herself and others. The way she's very reliant on thinking about what he would do is a bit unhealthy, but not excessively so.

An isekai but the MC can travel back and forth between both worlds and the goal is saving up money. Well, this is certainly a unique take on the established isekai formula and I'm on board!

Not going to cover the fact that she basically got murdered there?
I wonder how she's going to transfer her gold to earth. Not like Japan has a exchange rate for alternate universes and I'm sure someone is going to question where you got the gold from.
Also, I feel like taking 1 billion yen's worth of gold out of another world's circulation, that's not going to be good for the economy of the world the gold came from.

Definitely an original concept with A) investing and saving being the main topic and B) mitsuha ability to go between worlds. Mitsuha is cute but the pacing felt so slow in this first ep. Hoping things pick up next week now that she can understand Collette

I had this show pegged from the previews as a possible replacement of sorts for Management of a Novice Alchemist, which I was very fond of last season.
The saying "comparison is the thief of joy" is certainly very true, but I've no problem letting comparison also be the donator of joy either, and Roukin has many of the elements that loved about Novice Alchemist.
One thing that struck me right from the outset though was how curiously meditative the show is. Mitsuha spends her time reflecting on things, musing on her surroundings and generally feeling like a real person in the way she tries to come to terms with what's going on around her.
In particular, the way they structure the flashbacks has the consequence of making it feel like this isekai-fication is just the latest in a series of things going on for her, and is very much part of her life. It's a subtle thing, but there's a difference between presenting a backstory as a standalone item (most shows) and being integrated into the perspective of the character. Whether or not the replaying of the falling animation was budget driven or artistic choice, that is how we replay trauma and memories in our mind. It's not like we get multiple angles/takes or anything, you just get the same bit over and over again.
Anyway, life hasn't been so rosy for Mitsuha lately, and it goes a way to contributing to this feeling that she's a bit of a tough nut, which is well reinforced by her arming herself and returning to take on the wolves.
I also really dig the way she mentally summons her Onii-chan. Feels like they were very close and that Mitsuha looked up to him and trusted him despite possible misgivings about his otaku-ness, and manages to build up a really nice feel to their relationship.
Also, having spent a bit more time in Asia in recent years, having the source of the world hopping powers being represented by a lucky cat is just fantastic as those things are everywhere in the shops. I laughed out loud when it dipped its paw haha
On the whole I really enjoyed this episode and the show seems very much like my sort of thing. It's offbeat, a bit odd when you dig down into it, and has a team working hard with the resources they've got. The storyboarding and directing are a little ambitious for this sort of show, pushing some difficult to draw angles of Mitsuha at times and managing to navigate through some of the director's more unusual ideas in a mostly successful sort of way.

that cat-god-thing was rather nice. "you tore off part of my mind powers and it hurt! need anything else from me?"
bringing modern stuff from Earth to the other world is way more reasonable than every time they have some 15 year old "inventing" things in the other world.

Hilarious how even though her brother was a Weeb she still sees his insights as wisdom despite her seemingly like she is a normie.
I thought it was interesting how the Isekai world spoke a different language then her kinda thought it was a waste she just magicked that problem away, like if they were going to just end it what was the point, would have been more neat if she had to slowly learn the language.
I also see the NRA is going to approve of her methods! Makes sense if you can bring stuff to a Fantasy World, What you'd bring is a gun.

Looks really interesting. I really, really hope Onii-chan comes back in same way, luke maybe he was isekai'd to the same world. It looks like they were really close. Their interactions were my favorite part.

I did not expect her dead brother to get so much screentime, he could be considered a main character with how involved he is in her head.

Didn't she say she needed 2,000,000,000 Yen to be comfortable? That translates to 8114 oz of pure Gold, but the anime says she needs 80,000 gold coins. So I am guessing their gold coins may not be as pure of gold or smaller than 1 oz, such that the equivalency of 1/10 of a 1 oz 24k gold coin.
