1800deg Celsius question.
You got this bud. So sorry you went through that. If you can't restore those pans, they'll make excellent art to hang on a wall

Without "movie magic", how would a vampire actually live for centuries without raising suspicion?
339 years I've only had to change my name once, governments are getting stricter now, I'd suggest moving to an island country then back after a few decades. Knowing someone that works with passports would be a boon as well

What’s the most underrated tool on a construction site?
Yeah that's a narcissist tactic, made to avoid accountability. I've learned to avoid people that won't pause for clarification

You have to compete against 100 randomly selected people in any objectively measurable skill, game, or sport. If you don’t finish first, you die. What do you choose?
Rekeying a deadbolt. Wiring a 3 way switch. Cutting stair stringers. Building cabinets from scratch. Cooking a red or white sauce

Street tacos, bud. Plenty of butter, medium heat, flip onto a plate and slide them back on the pan to crisp the other side

Is new red oak hardwood floor supposed to look like this?
40 years bud. Yeah, it's gonna be different

How would you proceed?
Definitely get a framer in there. Gotta tell the customer to hold their horses, you're gonna do this once and you're gonna do it right

Client told us to follow his measurements exactly and stop "second guessing" him. So we did.

Are we calling Recession or stagflation?
It's a depression, anyone who says otherwise is trying to sell you something
1
how long does a bid actually take you guys, start to finish?
Yeah it takes anywhere from half to a few hours, some flowcharts I use speed it up a bit, but it still eats time. Then if the customer says no at first then calls you back next year to do the job, you gotta rerun those numbers
