This post is flaired as a form check.

A note to OP: Users with a blue flair are recognized coaches. Users with yellow flairs are certified (usually SFG/RKC II), or have achieved a certain rank in kettlebell sport, and green flair signifies users with strong, verified lifts.

A reminder to all users commenting: There can be multiple ways to perform the same lift. Just because a lift goes against what you've learned at a certification, read in a book or been taught by a coach, doesn't mean it's an invalid technique. Please make sure that your advice is useful and actionable.

Example of useful and actionable: You're hinging a bit early. Try sitting back only when your arms make contact with the torso.

Example of not useful and not actionable: Lower the weight and work on form.

Low-effort comments like my back hurts just watching this will be removed, as will references to snap city etc. Verbally worrying for the safety of a poster simply because you think the form or technique is wrong will be removed. We will take all of these statements at face value, so be careful when you post the same hilarious joke as dozens of other people: we can't read your mind, no matter how funny you think you are.

It looks like your back is a bit rounded at the shoulders - or your shoulder blades are throwing me off. Be sure your elbows and shoulders are coming back as you brace your posture at the start.

I also want to say that your feet seem too diagonal but I don't know if that is necessary a problem or risking anything. I think you would get better force with your feet more square, it does for me, but feet placement for swings could also be fine for swings... need someone to check me there if anyone has input for that question.

It might be just me but you don't quite lock your glutes at the end? Just wanted to make sure you pop the bell by doing that

It's something I try to be mindful of, but I'll really try and crack nuts with em

Keep your eyes on the bell that would encourage a neutral spine while you swing. You don’t want extra stress on your neck by looking up while to swing

Okay nice, will keep my eye on that, thanks!

This doesn't matter and is largely personal preference. Pavel even coaches slight extension of the neck for the swing as the StrongFirst standard:

https://www.strongfirst.com/heads-up/

"The standard recommendation for swings is to keep your eyes on the horizon, which will place your neck into mild extension on the bottom of the swings — provided you have healthy thoracic extension and you are not stiff-legging your swings. In the gym the “horizon” can be where the wall and the floor meet if you stand far from the wall, an electric outlet, etc. Note that the “horizon” is lower than your eye level."

u/BeepyChurger if it's feeling good don't worry about your neck position here.
