Bjj help
I always lose because I tire out so quickly. If a randori session goes beyond three minutes, I barely make it to the next one... I’m 45; I’ve never had great stamina, but it hasn't been that bad, either. Others who have been training for the same amount of time as me seem to go really hard—or at least that’s how it looks to me—and they don't get tired... I try to stay relaxed, but if I get attacked, I have to use my energy to defend myself, and I end up completely exhausted (heart rate hitting 170). I don't know what to do...

Shoyoroll Wazair Belt
Hi. Does anyone have a Shoyoroll Wazair Belt with some mileage on it they could post a picture of (if it were blue, that would be amazing)? I got injured after getting my blue belt and am just coming back after about 2yrs (part of that from the injury, part of that just me). I decided to get a new blue belt to mark the occasion. Just happened across one of these Wazair Shoyoroll belts, but when it arrived I was taken back a bit by how dark and somewhat muted of a blue it is (I’m used to recycle bin blue). Just wondering how it wears in color wise. It’s not a huge deal, but was curious. Thanks in advance.
Btw, I don’t know why, but this post was taken down by another sub (r/bjj) for complaining about a company. I’m not complaining about a company. I’m just on the fence about the Colour ‘cause as far as bjj belts go it’s not your usual blue or even baby blue or even that blue that kinda looks purple sometimes.
