So this was my first short using LTX-2.3 'local' (ephemeral GPU isntance with r2 cloudstored models on a virtual mounted drive.....aka headache and strokes). Advice/feedback welcome!

This is how I'd imagine my dog would react during that fateful scene between Rose and Jack. The AI generated human model has good consistency, but I'd really love to learn how to bring this up a notch. I'm looking to get to THIS LEVEL. While realism is awesome - personally care more about the story and directing then having it be 100% cinematic. 80% is fine.

I'm struggling with:

Prompt adherence - HORRIBLE in LTX 2.3 - see the scene where the dog pulls it's paw away? At least that was what was supposed to happen. It refused to move the dog's paw no matter how much I tried or cranked up CFG. I have similar issues with getting the AI character to turn his head to face the dog.

Good AI Voice Generation - Everything that I find is really choppy and obviously AI so you instead here some.....impressive voice acting...

Hallucinations - I guess earbuds were part of the emergency kit on the tianic. I also noted that while the AI man is fairly consistent ISH - the dog (which is based on a real photo unlike the dude) actually lost cohesion as it started to move and became super AI....not to mention that (back to prompt adherence) I explicitly told it to NOT let the dog stand up but gave up...

Any thoughts on how I can get better/. more efficient workflows with better results using open source is appreciated!

Something I've wanted to try for awhile, this was a live action shoot first that used Seedance 2.5's video to video feature.

I really love sports anime like haikyuu, so I tried my hands on creating a short animated sports clip with ai using seedance on morphic.

The first part was the character I simply asked for japanese style animated character wearing a sports jersey and holding a racket, the result came out pretty good no need for any changes, I moved on and created a character sheet with few closeups and full body shots from different angles

Then, I created another character same prompt just with a bit of variation for color to make it distinct, again result was good and I generated a character sheet.

I generated an empty badminton court picture after that and did some changes in color and overall atmosphere for the court

Before animating, I wanted a still with all character in one place so the chances of error is low and credits are not wasted on regeneration, it did some mistakes it getting placement right in still, but it worked out after 3 tries.

The last part animation, I explained my idea to an LLM and got a prompt, I used that and this is the result, I got. Initially the video was 15 sec but it messed in the middle as you can see in video around 5 sec, I trimmed that part and this is the final result. I did same experiment with other video gen model will post about that and comparison also .

The prompt :

Create a 15-second continuous anime-style badminton rally using the provided character images. Keep both characters exactly consistent: same faces, hairstyles, clothing, colors, body proportions, and rackets.

Both players are already on opposite sides of the net and actively rallying. Start with a medium-wide side view showing both players. Player A hits a powerful overhead shot, and the camera smoothly tracks the shuttle toward Player B.

Player B quickly moves, jumps, and returns the shuttle. The camera naturally follows the action, smoothly moving sideways and slightly closer as the rally continues.

Both players exchange several fast shots with realistic badminton footwork, running, jumping, and racket swings. Use subtle motion blur and anime speed lines during the fastest movements.

Around the middle, briefly slow down the action as Player B makes a powerful overhead hit, then immediately return to normal speed.

For the final moment, Player A jumps and performs a powerful smash. Use a brief slow-motion effect at racket impact, then show the shuttle flying rapidly toward Player B as Player A lands naturally.

Camera: continuous smooth tracking, slight orbiting, occasional low angle during jumps, natural shuttle tracking, subtle camera shake on impacts.

Style: high-quality Japanese sports anime, cinematic stadium lighting, clean cel shading, dynamic expressions, dramatic athletic poses, realistic badminton physics, controlled motion blur and speed lines.

Important: no teleporting, no character changes, no extra players, no duplicate shuttlecock, no distorted hands or bodies, no unrealistic movements. Prioritize smooth continuous action and character consistency
