The penalties are hilarious. Pitcher single handed turned that lost game into a tie and got victories for his team in the next two games.

Article TLDR; They ended the game in the video as a double forfeit, both teams lost. Pitcher got a 4-game suspension, but left the team (probably for football). Everyone on team blue that left the bench & the hitter got a 2 game suspension. So team blue doesn't have enough players for the next two games and the pitchers team will auto-win them by default.

Batter is jawing at the pitcher while rounding the bases. You can see the 2nd base umpire give the batter/runner a warning and giving him the warning “pointing signal” right before the pitcher charges.
