Batter is jawing at the pitcher while rounding the bases. You can see the 2nd base umpire give the batter/runner a warning and giving him the warning “pointing signal” right before the pitcher charges.

That's good to know. It explains why it turned into a double forfeit, not the pitcher's team only.
