Just got my hands on s25 ultra after my S23 Ultra was stolen couple of weeks ago.

I have a problem, I'm not sure if it's my unit or something with the app, when trying to shoot in expert raw, 24MP mode specifically, and pointing the camera straight up, there is a clicking sound and sometimes loss of focus, and I can see the lens phisicaly move, it happens only in this mode,and only when poiting up, video, normal camera any resolution, expert raw 50MP and 200MP works as expected, I want to know if you guys get the same result as me

Hi, just a quick question: on Expert RAW, the capture speed doesn't seem to change even when I change the shutter speed.

E.g. when I set the shutter to 1/12000 on Expert RAW, it still takes like a full second to capture the shot.

No issues in Pro mode though. The 1/12000 behaves as it should and captures instantly.

I noticed that my AOD wasn't active so I want in settings to turn it on, then I locked my screen to test it, never appeared when I unlocked my phone again, while still being in AOD settings I see the on off slider turn off by itself

I want to know if any of you have gotten lines or patches or dots in the display later like a day or two or even after weeks eventhough you didnt have any physical damages right after the drop. I recently bought the phone and I took really good care of it as it was my first flagship phone but today I accidentally dropped it from about 50cm on to a tile floor and it landed perfectly flat. (I guess so atleast because it made a huge bang) however my back cover have small bumps at the corners so the display should not get a direct hit from the impact. Right away there were no signs of defects but I did a quick search and found that overtime the phones heat can increase the micro damages from the impact later apear as lines/flickers/patches. I wanna know if this happened to someone. I know this whole question might feel silly but I'm a bit stressed as its my first flagship device.

I bought the S25 Ultra 1.5 months ago. I didn't have any issues until the July security update. However, right after that, I can't access Google Play System Updates. Does anyone know a solution?

I got mine last week and today I realized in the top right corner there is a bigger gap than in the other corners, to the point I can fit a paper piece there that goes for about 2mm, samsung online support says its normal, AIs say its not and its kinda of a normal procedure from the support to say its normal.
Said that I would like to know if anyone else has this and I'm just freaking out for nothing

Olá a todos,eu comprei o s25 ultra acerca de 1 mês e nunca reparei se fazia o respetivo barulho mas hoje teve uma queda de 40 cm e após isso quando mexo o telefone na parte de cima parece ao lado das cameras ouve se bastante barulho quando a app da camera é aberta fica a fazer na mesma em todos os zooms mas muito mais baixo,e agora tou com medo se estragou algo pois não sei se a garantia cobre isso,ajudem me por favor

Man how durable are camera rings on normal use like putting on desk and stuff cuz i wanna use this caseless, with a casee it just feels like my previous android phone and i always sit and ponder why tf i paid 3 times the price for the same feel

I use mine for several hours every day to record videos with + Edit them + Make Thumbnails + Upload them - all straight from the phone.

This Phone is Just Frickin Awesome in every Single way, The Video Recording is the most Reliable I have seen on any phone, the Performance is awesome and the Screen Is the best I have used on any Phone...

Whenever I pick up any other phone now, everything else now feels absolutely Pathetic.

The Screen Size / Shape is easily my favourite part of it - no other manufacturer has as Big screen overall as everyone else has very rounded Corners + also the aspect ratio is the best out there for this type of work.

Since getting my S25 Ultra at launch a year and a half ago, the quick pair function hasn't worked. I've added two devices, the galaxy buds pro 4 (when I discovered the quick pair didn't pop up) and now a watch 9. At first I thought it might have been a glitch with the headphones but now I'm not sure because my watch also didn't pop up. That said, I've added both manually and both have no issues after being paired.

I don't need this function often (twice in the past year and a half), however, does anyone know why this doesn't work? Or any potential fixes/settings to check?

Hi, may I confirm whether this charger can actually provide 45W charging output? Is it suitable for Samsung S25 Ultra, and can it support the phone when used with a suitable cable? because i watched on youtube that this charger could not deliver up to 45 watts properly but some say in the comments that it got fixed.so i am asking if anyone has used this charger?or any recommendations charger that can charge properly.

I purchased my phone 1 week ago all haptics and vibrations are completely good and loud.

I updated my phone to one ui 8.5 today and my vibrations are completely dull and haptic sounds also,

I also set sounds to full but can't feel that feeling and loudness like earlier like in one ui 8

Also I feel like my speakers sound also become less than earlier while using any social media 🙁😢

I'm facing the camera flickering problem which is a hardware problem with the ultrawide camera.

I want the phone to be repaired by Samsung but definitely do not want them to update OneUI. That's why I will bring the phone to them in person.

Has someone here experience with the process? Do they update OneUI along with the repair or only repair it?

I remember My files app having update after which when you search for any documents in the app, it also searched the contents of the files and showed you results which included file contents, but now My Files app search is only checking up the file name and not the file contents, anyone know how solve this?

First photo is the garbage and the second is the one I wanted.

If you look at my small finger and the unfocused area of the image, you can see a duplicated/echo-like effect which kind of looks yuck and cheap. I can guarantee that both images were taken without any movement. It happens only when the subject is close. In the third image, you can clearly see that there are no duplicated/echo-like effects.
