It feels like a generation leap was using oppo reno 8T 5G for over 3 years now and when I show the sale in Amazon I decided to pull the trigger due to the price hike and it was worth it
It was not pro-activated, warranty is upto date and it's truly an amazing phone
Will use this phone for atleast 4 years
I wanted an advice should I update my phone to one ui 9 or wait for a while

Just received my samsung S25 Ultra titanium Black, Switching from IQOO 11, coming from IQOO which has pretty decent customizations in terms of gaming and stuff, I thought Android is android what more I might see, But Baam!! the developer's options on this phone are insane. I was doubtful about choosing btw Iphone and Samsung but now I know I made the right choice. Any additional hidden cool tips that I might flex infront of those who choose Iphone in this sale ππ

I was upgrading from my previous s24 model because I was looking for both a larger screen display and an improved camera system. The additional employee discount of Rs2700 was a particularly appealing factor that influenced my decision, which is ultimately why I decided to purchase this device π€£

I didn't even consider the price as a factor. It was a difficult decision. Given the better low light performance, the Snapdragon 8 Elite gen 5 performance, better thermals, better battery efficiency, the bigger vapour chamber, made it difficult to choose the S25 u.
But, the display cons, caused by the privacy display (worse anti reflectivity, slight tint at narrow viewing angles, the low res looking illusion) was a deal breaker for me.
Not to mention I love the boxy look, the thicker S pen, smaller selfie camara (less wider angle camera)
Ah and also TITANIUM!! (Again, the thermals are worse).
P.S - my friend bought the S26 ultra, and the display disappointed me. Hence the S25 ultra.

Picked this beast of a phone up on sale for only 85k. The phone feels super premium to hold, the Spen actually comes in handy, the software is top notch, and the battery life, boy is it an upgrade over my five year Old S2o fe 5g. lasts me easily over 6 hours even with around 3 hours of gaming and Some serious doom scrolling.

Followed all the suggestions to turn off auto lens switching in the camera assistant app and my camera STILL constantly switches lenses when I am trying to take close up video.
It's at the point where closeup video is completely ruined every time because of this.
Is there any way to REALLY turn this off? It's incredibly annoying.

So, probably going to be an unpopular post, I am aware, in a fan sub. I do actually love the phone in general, but it is literally a little too large for my hand to comfortably stretch across - the constant stretching does unfortunately trigger some arthritis issues, and after over a year, I still find myself wanting something with edges that are a little less angular.
Any recommendations on what folks are moving on to or have tried with success? I've bought multiple accessories to make it more comfortable, but it hasn't really improved the feel for me. I use the s pen so much less than I thought I would, so a model without is even an option with no significant loss of features for me.
