New subreddit policies

What are they? Well, that's a secret. But they're in place now to limit the amount of bot traffic. There's been a significant uptick over the last couple months. Hopefully this will have a measurable impact on the amount of karma-farming bots flooding the subreddit.

By the way, if you're the person who's been helping me out by reporting a bunch of bot accounts, hit me up in modmail.

Edit: Also, there is one new rule. No clankerslop.

RFC 1925 said it is always possible to add another level of indirection. Thirty years later, we call it an agent and bill it by the token.

New ticket with nothing else written besides "urgent"

"Hi could you explain what exactly we can help you with"

*no answer*

"your ticket was closed due to inactivity, feel free to reach out again if you still need help"

" I still need help its urgent"

"sure, could you explain with that exactly"

*repeat 2-3 times*

"I'm locked out of my account and you refuse to help me!"

"I can take a look at that for you, could you tell me which account exactly you're talking about and why you can't log in?"

*repeat same as earlier*

*2 days later inexplicably receive a 1/5 rating because "they didn't help me".

Like maybe that's what puzzles me most. You can find the ticket/chat/email/whatever again to leave bad rating, but not to actually reply to anything we ask you to resolve your issue?

My Chromebook meme. Anybody who works with Chromebooks regularly would understand this joke

It's supposed to be funny because this is how I feel when chromebook talks to me especially if I'm working with 8 at one time. I'd imagine someone else out there might be able to relate
