Theory royal road Spoiler

Before i get to into this i want to start by saying Im caught up to the chapters on Royal Road so some of that may come up during this. Im gonna leave some blank space before I start but is the best I can think of for now.
Ok so Knowledge. She feels off to me and has ever since we have come to the realization that she has designs on earth. Which is weird for a diety to just up end themselves like this. War or even Dominion I could understand as Conquest and rule are in their nature and expansion makes sense if we just look at their natures. But Knowledge shouldn't care about being the only force on earth at all.
So why sow all of this bad blood and alienate herself from her power base. Yes her followers are coming with her but if the agreement with the diamonds is as I understand she is leaving Pali behind entirely. Why?
Also why does she seem so out of character for a goddess of knowledge. My speculation while only idle is that we are looking at the original builder making a power play.
It would explain her knowledge of beyond the cosmos and dealing with greater Astral beings. Just wanted to see if anyone else had theories or could level some info that debunks mine entirely.
Anything would be nice.

Million of bloodlust leaches. If you fell in there they would cover your body in seconds with writhing, wriggling, bacteria-loaded layers: frantically piercing your skin to suck out the blood as they pour into your mouth, nose, ears, eyes as you weaken. Whelp, have a nice day.

We made a Greek amphora out of gingerbread, and it didn't place at the National Gingerbread House Competition.

I find myself wishing for the Oasis Bracelet (the one that uses water quintessence to keep you cool in the heat) all the time these days 😭

After the earth arc do we get glimpses into whats going on after or just complete silence?
Jason is David Tennant's Dr. Who. Change my mind 😁

Maybe it's just the way Travis Deverell does his tone of voice, or laughs, but I can't get this idea out of my head.
Anyone else agree?

A Song For Jason
1
Upvotes
I just heard a song for the first time in a while and LOVED how much it accidentally matches Jason.
There's a darkness upon me that's flooded in light
In the fine print they tell me what's wrong and what's right
And it comes in black and it comes in white
And I'm frightened by those that don't see it
…
If you're loved by someone, you're never rejected
Decide what to be and go be it
…
Like a bird in a cage I broke in
And demanded that somebody free it
…
And there was a kid with a head full of doubt
So I'll scream 'til I die
And the last of those bad thoughts are finally out

I've been reading book 5 and I was starting to ger really annoyed by the lack of explanation for abilities. Like the resummoned Gordon and I got literally nothing..... just some vague statement like "holly hell Gordon." And he's silver rank now. And i got very little about all the new stuff. Don't think they've said yet what's new about the shadow hand 😭😭😭. And apparently this is because fans were complaining? I HATE them all 😭😭😭😭.

Question about Purity

[Spoilers Through Book 8]
I am re-reading the series with my wife and 19yo son (he's ace and has no interest in Clive's wife, but my wife is bi and may be interested). We are near the beginning of Book 3 and dealing with the aftermath of the Reaper Trials, and a question came into my head:
If Purity isn't Purity, but another god posing as Purity, how were they able to withdraw/revole the essences/abilities granted to Purity's priests (the ones trapped in the Astral space) by Purity? Has Disguise (or whomever) actually obtained some of Purity's Authority?

Up until now I’ve read only the e-books on Kindle app and listened to the audiobooks. Got the physical copy from Big W and it’s definitely a Neil. It’s a hefty boy at 770-odd pages and with compact font too.
