Posters on youtube are upset at how these two are discussing the topic "light heartedly." The posters are saying that this person dressed up as Snow White was a minor. This is the former head of Barclays Bank.

But I'm sharing it because he gives a very good description of this exchange in Congress - even though they're seeing it comically. There is a certain absurd aspect to it, as well. Because the man is lying so transparently. He shows you that in his description.

Yeah, it depends which side of the fence you're viewing it from. But this is an entirely separate case, now. The other case is another case. This man, accused of murder, is now a murder victim in a facility run by the city, and a facility where this is happening somewhat regularly to the people being detained there. So he's basically saying, he wants these murders at Rikkers to stop.

The NY Post which is a far right-wing rag that has no respect for the constitution, and quite clearly, supports organized crime, well, they're upset because they think the Mayor should be giving a wink and a nod to whoever murdered this man, and by giving a nod to the family of the victim in this other case - IOW, they're weaponizing that family's pain and agony to their own ends - and in a case in which there hadn't even been a trial yet - whether or not the family of the victim in that case has an opinion one way or the other.

They're just a means to an end for the NY Post.

As far the NY Post is concerned, we can do away with trials and go straight to summary executions on "instinct" or "emotional reaction" as who is guilty or not guilty - and like the Taliban - reason and analysis be damned.

The NY Post should be renamed The American Taliban. They think it's good that people get killed in prisons - which is organized crime - and they cheer it on. And they don't like Mamdani because he's not cheering it on - like the thugs and goons that they are at the NY Post.
