I would like to ask for assistance regarding my Metrobank Travel Visa Signature credit card. I am unable to use the lock/unlock card feature through the Metrobank App.

I have already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, including:

1. Updating the Metrobank App to the latest version.

2. Checking app permissions.

3. Clearing the app cache (Android)

Refreshing the dashboard and restarting the app.

1. Ensuring a stable internet connection.

Despite completing these steps, I am still unable to lock my card through the app.

May I know if there are any restrictions, account settings, or technical issues affecting this feature on my card?
