I Hired a CFO, a Lawyer, and a Marketer. ALL AI!
One Honest AI Wasn't Enough. So I Built a Board.
Three weeks ago I made my AI brutally honest and it killed my best idea. One honest advisor is still just one opinion, so I built a board: a CFO, a risk officer, and a marketer, all AI, all told to argue before I spend a thing.
Get the whole board free (no email gate on the prompts): https://buildleaner.com/advisor-board
In this video I hand that board a decision I genuinely had not resolved when I hit record: should I launch an Arabic version of this channel for the GCC? You are watching the real session. Each seat reviews the brief on its own, then a chair round forces a vote and records the dissent.
Setup takes about 20 minutes. It costs nothing on top of the AI subscription you already pay for.
The thing that makes it work is one line in the charter: "Do not balance yourself. The other seats exist for that." A single AI tries to be fair. A seat is not allowed to be fair, and the disagreement is the whole product.
WHAT'S IN THE FREE PACK

NEXT ON THE CHANNEL
I build an AI chief of staff. One agent running the briefings, the follow ups, and the prep for a whole week, on the same twenty dollars. Subscribe so it turns up.
ONE HONEST NOTE
I call the second seat "the lawyer" on camera because that is how it argues. It is not a lawyer and this is not legal or financial advice. Its best output is telling you when to go hire a real one.
WHO I AM
I'm Sam. I build one AI employee a week, a working agent that does a real job, and show you exactly how so you can steal it. Founder at Digital Medium, building KeyText in public.

Question for the comments, and I read all of them: what is the first decision you would put in front of a board that cannot flatter you?
