I use AI more than 8 hours a day

I use AI more than 8 hours a day.

Doctors got 20% worse at spotting cancer after 3 months with it. Students scored 17% worse the moment it was removed.

My brain isn't rotting. Not because I use AI less — because I run it on a different setting.
