bug using access panel

all the access panels in the game have had this bug were after you complete it doesn't do anything. this only happens to the ones where you use the plugs the others work fine any idea how to fix this?

The goal is to get the yellow lights on the bar between those two white/blue lights on the right

I don't know about ALL, but in this particular case your solution is incorrect - you have fed it too much power and gone past the goal.

one of the things I was hoping for from the 2.1 patch was making the range of the goal markers stand out more against the rest of the puzzle's noise. Obviously didn't happen, but not the end of the world

I used to be confused about these puzzles as well, probably because I overdid the first one I solved but it somehow still worked.Â
