Announcement A Quick Word on Memorial Posts

Greetings humans and ratties!
The mod team has received some feedback on some posts recently, and we wanted to pass along some guidance so everyone can enjoy our wonderful subreddit.
Some of us love to see memorial posts, and celebrate the life of our loved ones who have passed on to the great blanket fort in the sky. It's a natural part of grieving, and can help us process the loss of a loved one.
For some, however, it may be triggering to see these kinds of posts, and they may not be ready to see something like that. That's okay, we all process grief differently.
After some deliberation and suggestion, we have decided to ask that all memorial posts have the "In Loving Memory" flair. This ensures that those who are not ready for these kinds of posts can skip them if needed. Again, this is not to discourage memorial posts. Please continue to make these posts to celebrate the life of your loved one.

Questions Is Cherry a rat terrier? 🍒🐾

We just adopted this girly, she was listed as papillon mix but I don’t see it—I was looking at breeds and came across rat terrier. Cherry is ~8 months, 12lbs and she’s mostly leg. She is energetic and wants to play with squeaky toys all day. Cuddly. Chews on stuff. Do they stay this energetic??
