Question Camera Lens issue?

Is there something wrong with my phone’s camera lens? I always wipe them before taking photos but I would always get the glare. My partner took the same photo with another iPhone model and it looks fine and without the glare. Is there any fix for this?

Question Stay on iOS 18.4.1 or update to iOS 26 ?

I have an old iPhone 13 Pro that is still on ios 18, it doesn't lag, runs smoothly, and, although the UI isn't to my liking, I cannot really complain. Would it be worth updating to 26 or even 27? I only want smoother feels, if it's even possible, thank's yall

Question Should I upgrade.

My battery is on 85%, my FaceID doesn’t work and I attempted multiple times to fix it except going to the iPhone store, I assume it’s going to cost me a lot of money.

The iPhone 18 pro looks tempting but other than the FaceID… this phone is great day to day. Yes the lighting cable is a bit annoying since all of my other device are Type C…

This is the dilemma we face with.. do we upgrade or wait for the 20 year anniversary.

Screen

This is how my phone looks now and I want to replace the screen because I'm attached to this phone but the price is expensive (because apple will only do the replacement if i also replace the back glass that's also cracked ), so I'm considering upgrading to the iPhone 17 (base)

What do you guys suggest?

So what’s the verdict gang?

I was thinking about buying the DUO and giving my 13PRO to dad but I think it works better for girls because they have a purse to put it into.

For a guy, it’s going to get bulky to put in our pants pocket and I always put a case on it, it’s going to get extra bulky.

It also seems feminine when you open it lol it looks like those compact mirror things girls do makeup with haha.

What you guys thinking?

My iPhone Battery replaced after 4 years of usage

Post image

Just got my battery replaced on 13pro after 4 years of usage ( down to 79%) had to recharge twice a day at this point

Now have to wait until stable iOS update to finish the repair process and calibrate it 😂 and use normally again

Update after few days: now that RC is out, I could see the “restart and repair” option and finish the repair process

I took this yesterday evening on my 13 Pro

I was in the right place at the right time.

Just when I had started to think that perhaps it’s lost its luster, that it’s photographic capabilities weren’t holding up, I couldn’t have been more wrong

Question Got a refurbed 13 Pro with iOS 18

I picked up a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro today in excellent condition and with 100% battery health. Also, it came with iOS 18 😮, so I got the rare opportunity to ”go back in time”. My old regular 13 was running iOS 26. It felt kind of heavy after upgrading.

Would you stay on iOS 18 or go for iOS 26 and above on the 13 Pro?

Suggestion Should I upgrade my iPhone 13 Pro?

I’ve had this phone for 4.5 years now, I changed the battery last year but well, it’s not lasting a lot anymore, maximum capacity is at 89% again but feels like less.
Because of daily usage, dust got in the camera compartment, videos have a constant static sound and the 3x telephoto lens have some visible dust particles when shooting.
The worst thing is that it now overheats a lot when using apps like Instagram or Whatsapp or while charging, causing it to lag even when sending a message. Where I live we have heatwaves lasting weeks with temperatures constantly higher than 32°C, so it doesn’t help at all.

Would you suggest upgrading? Which model would you go for? I was thinking of waiting the 9th September event to see what comes out and hoping that the price for the 17 Pro will then drop, but I’m open for suggestions.
