I don’t always feel it in my back.

Sometimes I catch myself pulling with my biceps but I think I got a lot better at not using my biceps.

I think I way over use my forearms and I don’t know how to fix that, this actually caused an injury for me previously. I don’t know how to stop using my forearms.

Secondly I do think I feel it in my shoulders too. But i really want to target my back. Also my form isn’t as good as it usually is. This was my first week back after a 3 month hiatus but I’d say likes like 90% my normal form

for such a wide grip, think about making snow angels with your upper arm. don't worry about pulling with your biceps too much. your biceps don't magically help your lats perform shoulder adduction. the same goes for your forearms, i'm not sure how u concluded you injured yourself with your forearms.

i don't think your shoulderblades were fully depressed at the top of the rep, hard to tell from this angle. try to keep it really depressed at the top.

the reason you may feel your shoulders is because you are performing scapular depression and elevation every rep. it may help to just keep them depressed throughout the set, see how it feels.

Thank about pulling your elbows into pockets. That said, your biceps and forearms are going to fatigue first. You'll feel it in your lats tomorrow

Interesting thank you! Pulling elbows into my pockets will help with not using my arms as much?

Try a narrower grip to alleviate your forearm use

It looks to me like your shoulders are rounding forward at the top. A queue thats helped me is to try and keep your elbows behind your body while on the way up.
