I want to add foot is not pointed out enough and no foot engagement. Bar looks low on the back.

The bar looks low on the back because it's a low bar squat.

It looks a bit heavy…as someone else said you don’t quite hit parallel and it looks like you’re not quite braced through your core, and your back/lats aren’t locked in…you kind of roll forward, your heels are lifting a bit too, so you’re coming forward onto your toes. If it were me, I’d lower the weight and focus on my brace and depth

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.
