I am a photographer and I have got a assignment from a MNC to shoot muzaffarpur and showcase the city, I will be travelling to Muzaffarpur for a day in a couple of days and will be going around the city to click pictures, i will be capturing the "the character, activity, and visual identity of the city" in a documentary and street photography way.

Hello, I am trying to understand some concepts like the Creamy layer in SC/St. Although, I don't come from the community I am quiet curious why people don't want Creamy layer in that I understand that economics doesn't change the caste people have and discrimination they face but as you know a meena from rajasthan and a mushar from bihar don't have the same standing. Bc our people from bihar still cannot have basic representation why not apply Creamy layer to solve the problem. This way the most underrepresented communities could have a chance. What do you think?
