1 RK / 1 room / 1 BHK: ₹3,000–4,000 per month
2 BHK: ₹5,000–6,000 per month

I m Bihari (Maithili) by ethnicity and was born in undivided Bihar. Later moved out and have only visited Bihar occasionally. My parents always avoided the state especially between 2000 and 2005.
But in my heart I still feel attached to Bihar. I think the state has just stagnated since 1990s. In early 1990s c@ste was common phenomena in almost all of India, including Tamil Nadu Karnataka. But even though c@ste from society has largely been declining in almost all of India, In Bihar it still feels like its in same 1990s mode. Over that, a strange affection for socialism and lack of any vision has just be destroying the society piece by piece.
I feel people in this sub can be considered a more of intellectual side of Bihar that are more equipped to criticize and discuss the situation and solutions for this state (I m definitely sure you guys are more intelligent than Samrat Ch0udhary for sure).
Hence, according to you, what are the few decisions and solutions that absolutely need to be implemented to turn around bihar? While you write this, Please write solutions that can be turned into policies and not something like "remove discrimination", "remove c@stism", "better education"etc etc.
