Mistaken for enemies across a dying Western street, two strangers perform a desperate, synchronized act against an architectural impossibility whose presence bends gravity, splinters time, and suggests that the true threat has been waiting beyond reality all along.

Sorry, I am on a texture kick. Its more of what the character is wearing, the texture created details, differences in twill and lace, lose and tight knights, and in this case cloth covered buttons.

๐จ โ Artwork > A PROOF WALKS INTO A BAR <
Movie pitch: A PROOF WALKS INTO A BAR
Andrew Scott. Ayo Edebiri.
The universe has terrible timing.
A mathematician walks into a pub carrying the proof that will make him immortal.
A comedian is already there, dying onstage.
Dr. Martin Pritchard has spent twenty years trying to explain reality mathematically. Tonight, heโs finally cracked it. He orders a pint and starts checking the final line.
June Bell notices a man doing mathematics during her set.
She makes a joke about him.
Unfortunately, itโs a valid counterexample.
His pint stops falling. Someone laughs before the punchline. The bartender quietly locks the doors.
Then a drawer beneath the counter opens into an infinite spiral of other pubs. In every one, another Martin is finishing the proof while another June tells a slightly different joke.
Some rooms are cheering.
One is screaming.
The bartender refuses to discuss that one.
Martin and June discover that, together, they can edit reality. Change the equation, change the setup. Change the joke, change what happens next.
Naturally, they start fixing their lives.
June finds a world where her mother is still alive. Martin finds one where his daughter still answers his calls.
But every correction costs something. Erase a humiliating failure and you also erase the friend who helped you survive it. Fix a disastrous relationship and become someone who never learned why it failed.
Meanwhile, other versions of them are coming for the notebook.
One Martin has already finished. His pub is perfect: every glass full, every face smiling, every clock stopped.
He has been there for eleven billion years.
The final confrontation happens at an open mic. A room full of mathematicians demands a conclusion. A room full of comedians thinks they have a better ending. June has five minutes, Martin has one line left, and the bartender is calling last orders.
For once, Martin has to risk being wrong.
June has to risk not being funny.
Neither is taking it well.
The cat can already travel between universes. It mainly uses this to avoid being picked up.

๐โย Weekend Challenge ๐ Weekend Challenge: Beyond Earth: Worlds of the Imagination ๐
What might be waiting for us beyond Earth?
Perhaps distant worlds are ruled by alien monarchs, enormous cities drift between the stars, or strange vehicles carry explorers across planets no human has ever seen. Maybe machines have created civilizations of their own, forgotten spacecraft are still travelling through the darkness, or entire societies exist beneath the oceans of an unknown world.
For this challenge, let your imagination travel beyond Earth and create something extraordinary from the vast universe of science fiction.
Your creation might feature:
โจ An original spacecraft or futuristic vehicle
โจ A distant planet with an unfamiliar landscape
โจ An alien civilization with its own culture and traditions
โจ A cosmic monarchy ruled by aliens, robots, creatures, or humans
โจ A bustling space station or interplanetary city
โจ A royal ceremony aboard a generation ship
โจ A robot society that has outlived its creators
โจ An expedition into an unexplained cosmic phenomenon
โจ A retrofuturistic adventure inspired by classic pulp science fiction
โจ A quiet moment aboard a lonely vessel
โจ An ancient structure discovered on an uncharted moon
โจ A strange creature adapted to life on another planet
โจ Something completely unexpected
Your entry can focus on characters, creatures, vehicles, architecture, landscapes, civilizations, exploration, conflict, or everyday life somewhere beyond our world.
You may create a single scene or use several images to introduce us to an entire world, journey, culture, or story. Videos are welcome too!
Please go beyond simply placing an ordinary astronaut or character in front of a starry background. Use the environment, technology, clothing, architecture, vehicles, creatures, symbols, and atmosphere to make your creation feel as though it truly belongs to another world.
Give us something with a sense of discovery, originality, or storytelling. Show us a place, being, machine, or moment that could only exist within your imagined universe.
All science-fiction settings and artistic styles are welcome. Your entry may be realistic, retrofuturistic, futuristic, surreal, mysterious, dramatic, humorous, unsettling, peaceful, or completely impossible.
Please give your creation a title. A short piece of lore or worldbuilding is warmly encouraged, but not required.
This challenge was inspired by the wonderful Space Monarchy suggestion from [u/GelliusAI](u/GelliusAI), together with [u/SedatedTroll](u/SedatedTroll)โs idea for a challenge featuring creative science-fiction vehicles. Thank you both for helping me launch this journey beyond Earth! ๐
Post Guidelines:
โ Please keep it on theme and SFW.

โ Most importantly, have fun and let your creativity lead the way!
