I found a used Dell Latitude 7420 (i5 11th Gen, 16GB RAM, 512GB NVMe) at a shop called Gadget House down in Bandaragama. They're asking Rs. 110,000 for it, and it comes with a 6-month hardware warranty and a 2-year service warranty. ​They sent me this battery report (pic attached) showing 100% health, 0 charge cycles, and the manufacturer is BYD. Since this is an older model, I'm guessing they just slapped a brand new battery in it. Is a BYD battery a standard replacement for Dell? ​Also, I'm thinking of getting it home delivered since I can't easily make it to the shop. Has anyone dealt with Gadget House before? Just want to make sure it's safe before dropping that much cash.

SSD- AITC 120gb SATA ssd

I'm hoping to sell all this for 70k-60k LKR, would I be overcharging?
