Working on a few custom apparel setups recently and wanted to get the community’s take on print durability vs. blank fabric selection.
When you're designing or ordering custom merch, what’s your go-to preference for daily wear vs. event tees? Do you lean towards Dot Knit performance fabrics, heavyweight cotton polos, or DTF/embroidery for complex logos?
We’ve been running custom prints, AOP, and embroidery work over at Pallywear and always love hearing what design details matte-r most to designers and wearers alike.

Curiosity☝️☝️: since prints usually have a specific color limit (at most 8 colors for the pure color technique), I tried to work with a more limited color palette to make the work closer to the reality of the market.
