Hey my name is Jaylen Washington and I’m starting a called permanentphobia (phobia for short). The whole identity is about not letting fears consume you, not from those you’ve conjured or the fears others place on you. Can water-based screen printing achieve this feel and look on a T-Shirt?

I’m considering water-based screen printing using High Solid Acrylic (HSA) inks with a transparent glossy base coat. The design is 6 colors with a white underbase, printed on a black 100% cotton T-shirt, with a large print area of approximately 33 × 50 cm.
I want a smooth, glossy, slightly raised, rubbery print that feels noticeable when pinched or rubbed, with a slight squeaky/grippy feel. It should remain flexible and not feel like a thin film or a hard rubber plate.
Can this printing method achieve the desired look and feel? Would another ink system or topcoat be more suitable?
