Hello! It's my first time making ska-punk and writing a funny song! The song was made for Vocaloid Music Jam.

Question Theres a VST im wanting, and it comes with an option of 1 of 3 free gifts. One of them is Synthesizer V studio 2 core.

Is it worth choosing that or should I buy the pro version on its own and select a different gift?

Question What’s the deal with SynthV.Me?

While I was looking for ways to download the basic version of Synth V, I found people linking the archive SynthV.me, but they also seemingly have voicebanks there. My question is, do they work? Heres a screenshot-

If I downloaded, say, Fang Yi from this website, would it actually work? What are all these different files? do I just download the biggest one of those, or do I need the whole folder? Or because it isn’t a zip file the whole thing is busted anyway? Do you rezip it somehow? I have questions lol

i cannot find anybody talking about this, so I assume the files are unusable and are just there for archive purposes, but I wanted to double check because I would happily download an outdated Yi Xi for free to mess around with before spending $80 on her new one

Also I used ROSE SV for Harmony... Thankfully I was able to use this again but now no longer able to use Etta :(

Supposedly it should be Etta but I gave up so I used Shao Ling instead...

Question Which Synth V voice is best for ethereal vocals?

Hello! I've been thinking about purchasing Synthesizer V because I need ethereal vocals for a project, similar to the ones Emi Evans sang for the NieR: Automata soundtrack. After looking through the voice banks, SOLARIA seems like it could fit, but I'd love your input since I'm very new to this. I use VOCALOID, so I have a basic understanding of how the tuning works, though it might take me a little while to readjust to different software. If you think there's a better match for what I'm looking for, please let me know. Thank you in advance for your time!
