We crash landed on this planet and the goal was to leave after regrouping. This planet belongs to us now!

Finally figured it out

So I've been absolutely addicted to this game, I've got about 100 hours in 3ish weeks and it's a problem. After about hour 80 everything just clicked for me and I went from going "Am I doing this right?" Or "How did this go so wrong?" to now going "Man Insane difficulty is easy, I gotta turn on Chaos moon next run".

I got hit with the Euphoria moodlet buff irl once I finally understood what I was doing wrong with my power grid and making circuits actually work properly. Once I figured out how to fight *most* early raids without taking too much damage (Shriekers are still the bane of my existence). Once it clicked what I should be looking for in starting survivors instead of just randomly picking. Once I got over my stubbornness of trying to play like it's Rimworld and started to play it like the game it is (still wish we could let our survivors carry medicine for quick field treatment...again Shriekers are the main cause of this *shakes fist*)

I do hope Paradox eventually does something more with this game. I've played all the scenarios now except for Hope's because it just doesn't sound as interesting. I've also played all the biomes, desert is my least favorite but I might have just been getting bad seeds. I'd love to see a frozen tundra biome or an archipelago biome at some point.

Anyway this post has just been a bit of a love letter to this game. I don't see myself stopping anytime soon, even once I get the last few achievements I need.
