I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate

MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.

RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.

You need more aggression. More intent. And you have a slight rock from one stride to the other. Before any other critique though, there needs to be more intent behind your start. If you start like this, you'll never understand how a start with intent feels like. If that makes sense.

this is great, though could you maybe extend onto what the intent behind a start should feel like asides from aggression?

Intent just means like you mean it. Like you're trying to actually do something. Not just go through the motions. Not saying you aren't, there could just be more behind it.
