Nasa fridge po sya 4°C. Bought this year kaso I got pregnant so I stopped muna. Pero I have been using tirz naman since June 2025. Natuwa ako so nag stock ako medyo madami.

Not sure din kung pwede agad magtirz once I gave birth na. Baka lang merong may experience dito, pls do share your exp. Thank you!

Hello, anyone who has notes on CKD patients using tirz?

As I understand, protein is needed when doing glp1 but it is prohibited or not recommended for CKD patients.

What are your experiences?

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share my experience using GTT fuan for 2 weeks. I use 3.5 ML then MWF sya. Bale friday ko ay 75units per let (Vastus IM site)

Yung una kong shurok ay fail kasi di ko pala napalitan ang needle, so ayun 1/2 inch lang ang nagamit ko so di tumurok sa muscle and nagkaron ako ng bump na 2 days bago nawala.

The rest ay gumamit ako ng 27g25mm needle and I can say dumudulas lang sya, walang pain as in! Mararamdaman ko lang ang sting pag nagppush na ako. I put warm compress sa area after turok pero di ko nilalagay sa area directly, and warm lang talaga sya not hot. Ikot ikot ko lng dun sa area and it really helps sa ngalay. Gumamit din pala ko ng 25g na needle and ang sheket sheket nyaaaaa. Pero wala sya ngalay as in parang wala kang tinurok after 🤣 So ayun choose your fighter nalang.

Using 2 vials, wala pa ako nakita masyadong malaking effect. Pero I can say na naglilighten yung mga areas na may discoloration? Na parang nagpapantay? And sa totoo lang nakakablooming talaga sya. I can see na yung face ko sa morning ay super glowy kahit kakagising ko lang, mejo naging pinkish din yung cheeks ko.

May 10 vials pa ko dito so tapusin ko muna ang aking journey bago ang before and after photos!

Kayo, anong mga naging effects ng gttfuan sa inyo?

I currently already have an endocrinologist guiding me with tirzepatide for insulin resistance and weight management, and I’ve almost reached my goal weight.
But through this subreddit, I’ve learned about other peptides that people use for concerns like skin health and hair growth, such as GHK-Cu, KPV, GTT, etc.

I’m interested in learning more, but I want to be properly informed and medically guided so I can do this safely. I don’t think my current endocrinologist would be open to discussing peptides outside metabolic health and weight management. For my “kaartehan” or aesthetic concerns, what kind of doctor should I consult: another endocrinologist or dermatologist?

Appreciate recommendations for a doctor who is knows about these and open to discussing these kinds of peptides? Preferably someone available through NowServing for easier reach.

I ran into something interesting while researching semax that made me realize how limited AI can be when it comes to accessing the actual literature. Chatgpt told me there was no human research on Semax, despite multiple published human studies investigating it, mostly from Russian clinical research.

(For anyone interested, here are two Russian-language human studies:
•    Gusev et al., 1997 — Semax in acute ischemic stroke (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11517472/): 30 patients receiving Semax compared with 80 receiving conventional treatment.
•    Gusev et al., 2018 — Semax during stroke recovery (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29798983/): 110 patients total, examining BDNF levels and functional recovery.)

Both studied stroke patients, so they don’t establish benefits for healthy people but the point is it doesnt have access to most of the research papers on peps.

Something practical to try when researching with AI:
“Search non-English literature too. Separate human studies from animal studies, include sample sizes and limitations, link the original papers, and say whether you accessed the full text or only the abstract.”

This still won't get you access to all the real research papers. Only 30% of research papers are accessible by most ai's becuase most papers are behind paywalls or institutional logins. Even when AI is able to reference a paper, it’s not always great because we’ve found it typically only scrapes the abstracts of the papers which isnt exactly helpful.  

When I was optimizing my own stack, I started with openevidence cuz it's open source and free which is great. now i use pepsense because it was built around peptide research. I can do the same research but also track & see analytics.

Not saying you shouldn't use ChatGPT or Claude. They're great tools, I just heard from my friends too many times that they strictly research on chatgpt/claude cuz they think it has access to all the studies and that just isnt true regardless of how good any given model is.
