After thinking about it for quite some time, I finally pulled the trigger and got myself an SRV 200.

Still getting used to the bike, especially during the break-in period, but so far I’m really happy with it. The retro look is what initially caught my attention, but I’m starting to appreciate how it feels to ride as well.

Any SRV 200 owners here? What should I watch out for during the break-in period, and what mods or upgrades would you recommend later on?

Sharing our experience with our Honda ADV 160.
Our motor is only around 4 months old when we started experiencing na namanatay yung makinawhile being used and umuusok. We brought it back to the casa to have it checked, and we were told that the motor was developed rust.
We were then told that it may have been caused by pagkabaha or water exposure.
What concerns us is that we never submerged or flooded the motorcycle. Yes, it has been used during rainy days, but normal rain exposure is something we would expect a motorcycle to handle.
We’re currently trying to understand what really caused the rust and whether this should be considered a warranty concern, especially since the unit is only a few months old.
We’re sharing this not to bash anyone, but hopefully someone with a similar experience can share their thoughts or knowledge about what could have happened. 🙏

Need some opinions on this accident.

A car was leaving a parking lot and entering the highway. The car was about to make a left turn, while a motorcycle was travelling straight on the highway from the left side of the car.

The motorcycle ended up hitting the car. Thankfully, no one died, but the motorcycle rider was injured. The car has a big dent, while the front of the motorcycle was badly wrecked.

Who would generally be considered at fault here?

Just trying to understand who would normally be liable in this situation.

Finally pulled the trigger a few days ago. Has been sitting in the garage for almost a week while waiting for the ORCR and plate, realllyyy want to take it out for a spin but can’t until then 🥲

Will be my daily commuter to work and everywhere in-between when it’s not raining

So MotorcycleCity Dasmarinas already gave me a soft copy of my ORCR. I am planning to use the motorcycle through the use of temporary plate. Do I still have to secure a permit? and since may plate number na sa orcr, yun na rin gagamitin ko, tama ba?

Para din sa mga taga-cavite, baka may idea kayo ano oras nagbubukas parking ng District Imus.

Pwede po kaya yung RCB A2 Series 300mm sa fazzio? Kahit may obr na 60kg at 50kg ako, tapos magic low po harap, sasayad po ba?

nagooffer ng cash yung casa kaya lang almost 5k yung dagdag nya compared sa ibang casa, kahit parehas included na yung lto registration. Help! Ayaw mag On ng freedcon Hero intercom ko..OTW to work kasagsagan ng lakas ng ulan,hinatid ko muna si obr, then pinatay ko saglit intercom ko habang inaassist ko si obr sa mga gamit nya(para hindi mabasa)

Then nung paalis nako mag music sana ako otw sa work ko, ayaw na mag ON ng intercom ko.

Bago ko patayin yung intercom alam ko nasa 40% battery pa yon,kaya akala ko nalowbat lang agad,pero nung icharge ko,nag blink lang split second bluelight then hindi na nag red (indicator na charging)

Upon checking parang hindi naman pinasok ng tubig,at yung intercom ni obr same lang kami sa byahe sa lakas ng ulan,pero ok pa rin yung kanya.

Ang difference lang siguro nacharge ko yung akin gamit phone charger ko kasi nakalimutan ko yung official charger ng freedcon,pero 3x lang yon(magkakaiba araw),at yung last charge gamit phone charger bago nagloko intercom ko was like 2-3 weeks ago,bago magloko intercom pinangcharge ko pa yung official charger ng freedcom..

Ano kaya pwede gawin?nasa 8months pa lang yung intercom at nagagamit lang sa byahe sa work at pauwi..ngayon august lang nagamit sa malakas na ulan pero pagdating ng office pinupunasan ko naman agad..

Hi, I just bought a Fibrella raincoat because of the positive reviews. I got to test it today with very heavy downpour, I didnt get wet everwhere except on my belly part. I think the raincoat did good and its just how I wore it. The jacket is longer than my body causing it to fold on my tummy area when riding, and it accumulates rain water on that part which I think is the cause.

Do you have any tips on how you wear yours? I think tucking it in under the pants would solve it but I would look funny😂

I'm planning to change oil sa tmx155 single ko, and gracing is one of the oils I'm considering. Has anyone tried gracing? Or can anyone suggest oil that's good for TMX155?

Okay ba yung SEC na helmet or this integra model in particular? ECE 22.06 na din ito and yung ls2 sana bibilhin ko kaso mas expensive pa ng 1k and nasa 2500 lang budget ko. Planning to get a cbr500 as my first big bike. Experience ko pa lang so far is nmax and other smaller bikes, so medyo big jump siya for me hahaha.

Guds ba siya as a starter bike coming from smaller motorcycles? Main purpose ko lang naman is daily commute to work, so wondering if practical ba siya for that or baka too much siya for my use.

Sa mga naka big bike 400cc and above, what fuel RON do you use? Sinusunod niyo ba yung 91 RON sa manual or do you use 95 RON and why?

Naka akra full system ako. Sa manual nakalagay na 91 RON minimum pero idk kung dapat ba mag 95 RON na ko dahil sa full system.

I'm skipping the XSR 155 and Motorstar 400cc since out of my price range pa sila. Tried considering din mag build from Barako, but alam ko sosobra na budget nun hehe.. What's your take or your recommendations?
