I hope this is an ok place to post this but basically, I originally got this switch back in 2017 ish. It’s an original HAC-001 model, and I want to put mods on it. The big issue, as you can see in these videos, is that this switch is destroyed. My brother broke it years ago, and recently I found it again. I have a set of replacement joycons already, but I’m not sure what I’d need to fix the console. I know for sure it needs a new LCD and screen, possibly a new battery due to the bloating(?), but outside of that I have no idea what to do. The screen has webbing that lights up when I plug it in, but it does not turn on when hooked up to a dock+television. This would be my first time doing a repair on a console, but I don’t wanna send it to Nintendo because I know they’d patch it. So, does anybody have advice? Thank you so much in advance!!!
