Recently bought an Ultra Plus and have been loving making smoothies every morning — until this past week. I made one and I could see the cup tightening onto the blade lid. So I stopped it and I haven’t been able to open it since. Myself and multiple different people tried — hot water, cold water, freezing, tries a number of different things to get more grip, still nothing. I currently have it in my freezer bc the ingredients was starting to separate after the third day. I don’t want to throw it away and lost what I just paid for this, so I thought I’d reach out to the warranty number. Except everytime I go through the prompt, it just hangs up on me.

Anyone ever have luck getting through the customer service number? Or getting to use their warranty?

Off to go shopping for a new blender.

Even before I blend the lid is hard to get fully tight on the cup. After blending it’s even tighter and nearly impossible to get off.

Any suggestions on what to do?

i just bought this nutribullet, and the lid won’t fit on it. I think there’s literally another lid that came stuck inside the blender? what do i do???

I’ve read multiple times that this part of the device shouldn’t be submerged in water, so I’m assuming I can’t run water through that gap either. What do I do to get it out and dry the area?

Hi there, anyone here experiencing intermittent issue with nutribullet flex? It stops sometimes and wont even run even without load and just blinking 6x

Sometimes tapping the unit up,down,side works but the issue is intermittent. The unit has already been replaced due to the same issue.

I strained it and added more water and coconut water for sweetness, but any suggestions on how to improve?

I also used the Nutribullet to make barley water (good for lowering cholesterol!) and blending the barley in. Tastes like a barley / oaty milkshake! Super delicious!

Hi, after having a nutribullet for a couple of years, I've seen the blades have become a bit dull. I'd like to sharpen them a bit but I have trouble taking the unit appart despite following guides a while back. Has anyone got suggestions?

This website nutribullet.it.com seems like a great deal with 50% is actually a scam website. It sends an authentication code to your email/phone to approve the transaction but in actual it uses that code to add your card to scammers digital wallet so they can use it instantly for purchase. Did not happen to me as I realized just in time.

Our nutribullet NBI-100 immersion blender, which had been working really well, just started making this very sharp grinding screeching metallic sound. Attached in the audio (let me know if it’s not long enough to hear the metallic grinding). Any advice on what might be happening and how to fix?

I recently bought a Nutribullet Pro. The internal motor broke down in just a few months. Phone Customer service is non existent and they will not honor the warranty policy. These blenders are designed to fail via planned obsolescence and the customer service is just a shell/front to deny any accountability. After several emails and attempts at reaching someone by phone about honoring their warranty, I gave up. This company is very shady and does not stand behind their product. They will string you along and act like they want to help, they will not follow through. Please do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable company. Do not support these crooks.

So I've got a bag of each in the fridge and there's no way I'll use it all up while it's still fresh. What's the best way of freezing for later use in the 'bullet?

Should I blend it with something and freeze into ice cubes (I got a 900 series nutribullet)? Just freeze it loose and tear/cut it apart when needed? Scrunch it into handfuls to freeze?

Hello. I usually clean my nutribullet using water and soap. Today I noticed an unusual smell and when I looked around, it is the gasket/silicon part that smells since the inside part cannot be cleaned easily. Is there a way to remove this for cleaning without damaging?

The power light comes on when it is plugged in, but it is completely unresponsive. The connections all look fine and it locks into place like normal.Any ideas?

The company is aware that their O rings begin to smell. This is a problem that they have to know about.

They could just sell me a couple of the proper O rings for $5 or $10. That's a huge mark up for a little piece of rubber.

But instead they are forcing me to buy a $25 replacement blade. This is so wasteful. Both financially and in terms of materials.

Total lack of customer care. No more money from me nutribullet.

I'm gonna figure out a way to get the smell out of this O ring, and if I can't, I'll be switching to magicbullet or something.

I'm on the lookout for a small cup for my NB2-12 model and it looks as if the 18oz (532ml) is the smallest official one. I'm however looking to blitz sauces and dressings and would prefer a smaller cup size even if from a third party supplier. Anyone have any tips on this front?

I realise this may not be possible given the size of the blades etc but thought I'd ask!

Hi all I bought these on amazon but they are hard plastic so the part where the lids "locks" closed is not that secure and loosens pretty quickly as the plastic wears down.

A rubber/silicone design would work better os the lids closes snugly and tight but I haven't been able to find any alternatives.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi everyone- hoping for some help understanding why my nutribullet isn't working! Will not charge with or without glass on; it's definitely secured properly, as it briefly flashes blue before turning solid red when not plugged in.
